The caravan has three bedrooms and offers a large living area with a balcony for outside entertainment. Fully equipped with everything that you will need. Beds are made on arrival, making your holiday that little less stressful.

On site there is a small restaurant/pub and a laundrette.

The beach is just a few minutes walk away across a level train track crossing.

The site is quiet ideal for older families or young children, children must be supervised at all times.

Please note …only one dog allowed in the caravan . Dogs must be kept on a led at all times and any mess picked up immediately. .

The caravan was value for money. The park was really quiet and relaxing and just what we were looking for. The caravan itself was adequate however there were a few points which stopped us from scoring higher. There were broken scissors in the drawer, coffee jar was old and dirty, carpet in the lounge needed a good hoover, the hoover in the van was useless, the spare duvet for the sofa bed smelt really badly, so much so we went and bought a new one. We paid extra for WiFi which really didn't work at all so wouldn't recommend that. A few little tweeks and we would up the score. We only used the caravan for a base and on the whole were not disappointed as a holiday is what you make it. Even with the points made I would book again. Just honest feedback so the owner is aware. The caravan park is well positioned for all attractions we really enjoyed our weekend away, So much so that we bought a caravan and we will now be visiting all the time

Stayed in 2 of Helen's caravans one at abbefford lodge and this one on ty gwyn. Both were absolutely lovely but particularly enjoyed this one due to the cleanliness of the park and access to the lovely pebble beach. Contained everything you would need in a caravan and both very clean. Helen, the owner was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with Helen again. Thanks for a lovely stay xx

Had a lovely stay at this caravan. Perfect quiet location at end of park which was ideal and a bonus being pet friendly. A short walk and you were on the beach. The path which ran along side the beach was great , if the tide was in you could still walk. The owner Helen was always on hand for any information needed and nothing was to much trouble. Thankyou. Would definitely consider staying here again. ????

Highly recommended. Caravan in a great location for the beach and Towyn . Camp quiet and clean . Helen the owner was very helpful and gave all the information needed in plenty of time . Caravan very clean and spacious

We had a wonderful break on Ty Gwyn and the caravan we rented was amazing. It had everything we needed. Helen the lady we rented it from was really nice and had everything ready for us. We will definitely be using her van again.

Me and my wife with our dog(LAB) had a nice relaxing week caravan was perfect for location to visit other parts of Wales also located a short walk to the beach the caravan is also very spacious and the owner was very helpful in everyway I will be booking again soon .
