We contacted the owner and booked a very late deal go the following day. The owner was more than accommodating and all info was provided for check in location etc. Unfortunately all the facilities were closed but we were not told this by the owner ahead of booking (she said passes through haven). This didn't really effect us as we were only there 2 nights and wanted to go into Blackpool itself anyways . The caravan was immaculate and we would have booked again but unfortunately on checkout we didn't receive our £75 security bond. I was admitted to hospital not long after our return so didn't chase it for a while but have since chased three times via text and 3 times via phone call and have not received a response. We therefore are saddened by the fact we paid 75 over the expected cost because we seem to have lost the deposit without any explanation. Its such a shame because we really wanted to return this summer.... I even asked the owner if we could use the money to put down as a deposit for another booking but again received no response.
