Come and spend some time in our own family-owned caravan with fantastic sea views in situated on the Haven Devon Cliffs Site in Devon - Beautiful Rowan Meadow is! Situated on Rowan Meadow with panoramic views of the Bay.

You'll find everything you need for a perfect self-catering holiday.

Sleeps 6 comfortably, with a bedroom with a large double bed, a twin bed bedroom, and a bedroom with small double bed

The space has 3 separate bedrooms, 1 double bedroom a twin bedroom, and a bedroom with a small double Linen is provided and is included in the cleaning fee charge, we have an air conditioning unit and blower heaters for cold mornings, and heated towel rails as well.

You will need to bring your own personal towels.

There is a television in the main bedroom and a 40-inch tv in the living room too, there is NEW outdoor furniture, as well, including table chairs, parasol, and other chairs.
We can accept 2 Dogs , first one goes free , second one £15

Our fully fitted kitchen has enough cutlery and dishes for 6 people. It has a cooker, integrated microwave, toaster and kettle, and a full-size integrated fridge freezer., plenty of wine glasses, cooking utensils, that a family would need, we also have a Bluetooth speaker, also WIFI in the caravan from September and we are investing in smart tv with apps for early next year and upgrading the accommodation both in the living room and a single bedroom for spring season next year, we are taking BOOKINGS FOR 2023.


There is a fireplace with an electric fire. We have a 40-inch TV and the panoramic sea views from the living room are amazing love having my cuppa in the morning just gazing out across the bay.
We are planning to install a slimline dishwasher for 2023 season

The main bedroom also has a TV, and there is also an ironing board and iron in the caravan as well plus a hairdryer and we have air conditioning .too

To book we require a £50 deposit with full payment 6 weeks before the holiday. We also need a £100 security bond which is refunded as soon as the van has been checked over.

Bookings are only available to one family group (maximum of 6 people) we are happy to look at requests on an individual basis.
