This luxurious ABI Clarendon 40x13ft caravan ticks every box imaginable. Offering style, space, comfort and with stunning sea views, imagine sitting and enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun set from its large wrap around decking & gated veranda. Situated on an end plot, you are in the perfect location for easy access to both the site amenities and the footpath leading down to the beach. It is fully double glazed and central heated ensuring that you are always warm and cosy even at any time of year.

Lounge:
A modern and contemporary style area, with L shaped sofa arrangement offering ample seating for the whole family. For your entertainment there is a 40" TV with DVD and Bluetooth speaker system. With a free standing coffee table, storage, & USB charger points. French doors from the lounge will lead onto the veranda.

Kitchen/Dining Room:
Separated from the Lounge, this open plan lounge/dining room has been designed to the highest specification, with modern appliances including an integrated full sized fridge/freezer, 4 burner hob, oven & grill, integrated microwave, toaster and kettle. With ample cupboard space and worktops you should have everything you could possibly need. The family can sit and dine at the free standing dining table and chairs.

Master Bedroom with ensuite:
This spacious bedroom with its comfortable double bed should ensure the perfect nights sleep. You have plenty of storage with its fitted wardrobes, cupboards, vanity table & stool. We have added an additional TV with DVD for your pleasure. All duvets and pillows are provided. From the bedroom you have an en-suite WC with hand-basin.

Bedrooms x 2:
Both bedrooms contain two single beds and additional storage.

Family Bathroom:
This spacious bathroom has a large shower, WC and wash basin together with ample storage for your toiletries.

Outside:
With its large wrap around decking and gated veranda you will have spectacular views over the bay and with picnic bench and table to enjoy a spot of al-fresco dining. There is ample parking directly next to the caravan.

Owner's booking terms

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am. ...Show less
