Description

Situated on the Skegness Holiday Park (Formerly Richmond) in Skegness, close to beach and all amenities. Train Station is 2 mins away, town centre and supermarkets and restaurants 5 mins away. Pubs and beach only a short walk. Fantasy island 10 mins by car. Onsite there is a large play park, laundrette, shop, bars and clubhouse. Haven are currently making plans to upgrade and build new amenities onsite and these should be and running next year.

I have a luxury 2 bedroom 6 berth caravan, main bedroom is en-suite with a vanity unit and 3 door wardrobe with plenty of room and a wall mounted TV. One twin room.
Main shower room.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and living room has patio doors that open out to a large gated veranda. plenty of seating for you to sit and relax, and 2 loungers to chill and sunbathe.

Passes from 2023 will not included these must be purchased through the park.

£50none refundable deposit secures your booking and a £75 bond is required but is refunded after your stay provided the caravan is left clean and tidy and there are no breakages. A refund will be given if a cancellation is made 28 days before your stay.

Beds made up for arrival all we ask is that you bring your own towels and tea towels.

Full balance is required 6 weeks before your stay or if you wish this can be paid in instalments.
Family's only.
Sorry no same sex groups no/ stags/ hens.
No pets and no smoking or vaping in the caravan and no BBQS on the veranda only on the grass.

This is a lovely caravan just like home. There is everything you need for a great holiday. When we arrived check in was easy and the staff were so welcoming. In the caravan there was tea coffee and sugar all the beds were made up so all you have to do is unpack and start your holiday. We will definitely be booking again next year.

Wow what a lovely stay our family had! From the moment we arrived to checking out. The caravan was so lovely and very very clean and very welcoming for our family off five. Everything you needed tvs, dvds, cooking equipment, cleaning equipment etc was all there and in top notch standard. Would highly recommend and will be doing so. Easy booking and communication from the day i booked to the day we came home cant thankyou enough. Roll on next year!. Tamsyn and family xx

We recently stayed in dawn & Wayne’s van and I have to say it couldn’t of been more perfect. Is is placed at the rear of the park so is lovely and quiet and their spacious decking gets the sun throughout the full day. The van itself is beautiful and modern and instantly makes you feel at home. There was everything you need included such as tea, coffee ext and to arrive to pre made beds took the hassle out of everything The site is lovely and includes a swimming pool, arecadr, ahop, clubhouse and park for the kids We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will certainly be booking again in the future

We stayed in Dawn and Wayne's beautiful caravan at the beginning of July and I can honestly say the caravan was absolutely beautiful and clean I would recommend anyone to stay here , and the communication from Dawn was fast and nothing was to much for her. We are definitely going to book again .p

very nice accommodation dawn is a lovely lady to talk to and was very informative on the surrounding area ,including the park and amenities. The caravan is spotless with a beautiful veranda . The caravan is very homely with everything you need to make your stay even better we have booked again for this year and for next year would definitely recommend Dawn and Wayne's caravan 5 star ????

We stayed at Dawn &Waynes caravan 3 times in total last year. The caravan is absolutely perfect. Dawn is an excellent host, she even posted something back to me when I left it behind. The caravan is more than adequately equipped. In fact it’s perfect.
