Absolutely beautiful caravan in a perfect location! Patsy was on hand for a query’s we had. Views were amazing, 5 minute walk to the amenities, parking outside! The dog loved the decking area watching the world go by! Would highly recommend it, and will definitely be back x

Had a lovely caravan in Devon cliffs from a lady called patsy the caravan was spotless , very welcoming & went above & beyond for everyone's needs there was absolutely nothing you would want better , the site was absolutely huge , clean with lots of amenities for everyone, fab food from the fish shop on site & enjoyed a lovely Chinese which was just 5 mins drive , lots of opportunity to call in & have a drink from the bar on the beach to the bars in the main complex with a few inbetween these which were lovely & lovely views ???? the only down side for me was there were lots of bins around but needed more dog bins as I have 2 dogs , the only other negative for me as it caused my dogs to be slightly afraid was that there is a shooting range along side the park which did go on until about 10:30 pm , my dogs did get used to the noise after a few days but might cause problems with young children if they are due for bed ! But the whole holiday was fab & we were very sorry to leave x

This is a lovely caravan with amazing views. Close to the beach and amenities; it is in an excellent location. We had lovely walks to Budleigh and Exmouth, the scenery is stunning. Communication with Patsy was easy and helped our holiday run smoothly! We will not hesitate to book again and look forward to visiting Sandy Bay again soon.

This was our second time at Patsy's caravan! Patsy is such an attentive host, communication is so easy and a pleasure. Like our first visit, the caravan is in an ideal location, only a couple of minutes away from the pool and the entertainment. Quick enough to still have your Papa John's still hot by the time you get back!! It's the little extras that's provided in the caravan that help with a family - the games for example. Thank you for another wonderful stay Patsy! Xxx

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Patsy was fantastic keeping us upto date with information regarding our booking. The location is ideally for both the main complex and the beach. The beach is amazing. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone

Lovely caravan in an ideal position; literally a three minute walk from the main complex and with sea views. Great communication with the owner. No problems whatsoever and will definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely caravan, and we've stayed in a few!! The extras really does help going away with a little family - the games that perhaps they haven't got at home for example. For us adults, the egg chair was an added bonus - the weather was a bit pants for us to make full use of the outside space. Love that there was a bath mat by the shower (it's the simple things!!) The view was great. We haven't stayed in that area of the park before and would definitely again and book with Patsy! Thank you ????

Absolutely beautiful caravan, had everything we needed to enjoy the week away. Patsy is a lovely owner who went out of her way to make the holiday extra special. It's situated in the perfect spot with a view out to sea, a couple minutes walk to the beach and not far from the shops/entertainment. The outside space was great for a morning cuppa as we were fortunate to have sun for most of the week. Would absolutely stay here again.

Date of visit. We had a lovely break very lucky with the weather, lovely caravan, lots of homely touches. We had 4 teenagers and a ten year-old, all who absolutely loved it and made great use of the traditional games supplied in the caravan, with the entertainment on site there is so much to do no one was bored at any time, beach literally a couple of minutes away... It really was a lovely break and would definitely return.. Oh and already missing the beautiful view from the caravan.. We loved it... Kirsty, Jamie, Lucas, Frankie, Boyan and Adam.

We have just had four nights last minute break here, and like all the other good reviews, we found everything about our stay fantastic, from dealing with Patsy about booking, to our lovely suprise of how modern and clean the van was, in a great position great views, and great value for money I might add. I feel sorry for Patsy for the last review, we also had our deposit back straight away, because we left the caravan how we found it, spotless, thanks again Pete.

Please do not book with this person!!! This is a scam!! They will lie and claim you have damaged their caravan just to keep the security deposit. Better off booking through haven, we went as a group and the only people to have this problem. Caravan was very dirty when we arrived and we had the blame for it so be very careful if you do book with this person!!

Very disappointed and upset by this review after nothing but previously happy guests. My caravan isn’t just a business venture for me and my family, it’s our much loved holiday home. Having only recently bought it the condition is near new and the smallest thing is very noticeable which is why it is carefully inspected by a private cleaner after every guest leaves. The fact that you say it was dirty and had dog hairs is ridiculous as anyone would surly ask for it to be cleaned again straight away, not leave it until you’ve left. We have receipts for all cleans done after every guest and our cleaner has the highest standards. These marks on the carpet are very noticeable and although you may not know how they got there unfortunately they can only have happened during your stay. I do understand that you say you don’t know about the marks but I’m sure if you were in my position and new marks were found on your carpet when it is all so new you would take appropriate action

Beautiful homely caravan, perfect spot with lovely views over the sea could quite happily stay in the caravan and look at the view all day.. Everything you need is on site, but if you want a trip out perfectly positioned for lots of lovely little towns. Loved everything about our stay, will definitely be returning..

This holiday was BRILLIANT the owner is lovely and very helpful, the caravan has a beautiful view, it’s located in the perfect place for all the activities. We met numerous other people staying who paid double for a smaller caravan and not as perfect as ours. If In doubt book it!!! We will be booking again and again now we have found it. Myself, two children (age 15&12) and grandparents stayed here and had a wonderful time. The caravan was in a great location with beautiful sea views. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had all the utensils needed, A lovely patio to sit on and a five min walk to the beach. The site itself was big and bustling with a huge amount of facilities-if you wanted them. We opted for a quiet weekend but did use the takeaway and supermarket. There is a beautiful cliff top walk to Exmouth, relatively flat, and took about 50min. The cliff walk in the opposite direction took you to Buddleigh Salterton and was much more challenging, and took a while longer!! Patsy the owner was so helpful, replied quickly to all my messages and was on hand at all times. This is the first time I have booked a private van, and I would certainly book with Patsy again!
