A modern and spacious caravan, with a fully equipped kitchen, including crockery, utensils, pans, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. The kitchen comprises a table and 4 chairs. There is an integrated fridge/freeze, microwave, 4 ring gas hob and electric cooker, together with an extractor fan.

In the living room there are 2 x 2 seater sofas, a flat-screen TV and electric fire. One of the sofas can be converted into a double bed, if required.

There are 2 bedrooms; 1 has a double bed with a large walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, flat-screen TV and bedside cabinets. This bedroom has access into the bathroom, via a lockable door. There is another door in the hallway, which is also lockable, which leads into the bathroom.

The second bedroom comprises of 2 x single beds, a wardrobe and drawers.

The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and storage cabinets.

The caravan is fully double glazed with gas central heating.

Pillows and duvets are provided and we are happy to provide bedlinen; please ask at the time of booking, if required

Outside, there is a lawned garden and paved patio area with parking. There is a patio set, which has removeable cushions and can seat up to 8 people. The garden is extremely relaxing, with views out across the countryside and the Welsh mountains.

On site there is a Club House with conservatory, with weekly entertainment provided during the summer months and Bingo on most Friday evenings! The children have plenty to do, as there is a Games Room for inside the Club and a park just a few minutes walk from the caravan itself. The new swimming pool will be opening on 23 July 2022 and all around the site we are surrounded by beautifully well-kempt gardens and borders. There is a launderette on site, with ample washers and driers, should this be needed.

Just 10 minutes stroll from the site there is a Blue Flag Beach with dog friendly areas, cafés, a convenience store and takeaway foods.

The site is dog friendly, but they are not allowed in the Club House or Conservatory. Dogs, understandably are not to be left unattended in the caravan; please remember that it is an unfamiliar place and they are on holiday too!

We are within easy reach of Snowdonia, Caernarfon, Pwllheli, Nefyn, the Welsh Highland Railway, Llyn Peninsula and many more attractions, suitable for all ages and interests.
