The caravan and its contents must be treated with respect at all times during your stay.
No pets are allowed in this caravan.
The caravan must be locked and secured as you come and go throughout your stay to ensure its contents (and your belongings) are secured at all times. One set of keys will be allocated to you; any lost keys will result in a complete loss of security deposit. If for any reason you lose the key throughout your stay a replacement one may be issued through Haven but you are liable for any costs incurred for this service.
The initial £75 deposit to secure your dates is NON refundable.
The Final balance is due strictly 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay in cleared funds. If this payment is not received by us on or before that date the holiday will be released for resale and no refund of any deposit will be given.
Payment by instalments can be arranged.
The caravan will be available to you from 4pm on the date of your stay commencing.
The caravan MUST be vacated by 10am prompt on the day of departure to enable us to prepare it for our next guests. For each 15 minutes or part thereof after 10 am on the day of departure you will be charged £10 and will be deducted from your security deposit
We have free WIFI for your use during your stay with us. This will only work within the caravan. Please bear in mind we do not charge you for this service so if for any reason it is not working, please do not expect any refund or compensation. No claims or complaints relating to the WIFI will be considered whatsoever. The Password for the WIFI is in the caravan and will be available for you upon arrival.
If you have requested a travel cot for your free use throughout your stay you must bring your own cot
bedding. No cot bedding is supplied by us and should you decide to use a pillow from the inventory this is
entirely at your own risk. Please leave the cot assembled at the end of your stay so it can be inspected by us for safety reasons and our peace of mind.
Two tea towels, two hand towels and two bath mats will be provided for your free use throughout your stay. Any damaged or missing upon departure will be charged at £2.50 each. This will be deducted from your security deposit, so please look after them and notify us immediately if there is a problem with these on arrival.
The caravan and pitch is to be kept clean and tidy at all times during your stay and all rubbish removed and placed in the site bins before you vacate please. This is a non-smoking caravan, if you wish to smoke please go outside the caravan and close all doors, cigarette ends must be cleaned up or you will incur a £15 cleaning charge. This will not be waived under any circumstances as that is what our cleaner will charge me if you don’t do this.
Cleaning products are left in the kitchen/bathroom cupboards for you to use, please keep your little ones away from these products for their safety.
The decking and furniture must be treated with respect and care. IT MUST NOT BE USED TO HOLD A
DISPOSABLE BBQ or to discard cigarettes as it will burn. Seat cushions can be found in the brown storage box outside, please bring them back in each night. Please do not sit in the egg swing without the cushions. Thank you.
You will be held responsible and accountable for any damages found over and above the security deposit
amount so it is imperative you check everything over upon arrival and inform me IMMEDIATELY of any
damage.
Noise to be kept to a minimum to ensure neighbours are not disrupted, particularly at night.
All candles in the caravan are battery operated ones, please do not burn any naked flame candles, thank you.
The Fridge must be emptied on departure please and all rubbish removed and taken away.
Non-compliance to this will result in an additional cleaning charge being deducted from your security deposit.
The caravan will be cleaned and returned to ourselves in an acceptable condition. I would appreciate it if you would remove bed linen at the end of your stay and leave it in the main bedroom however this is not essential. Whilst I do not expect you to spend your holiday cleaning, any excessive cleaning required at the end of your stay by our cleaner will be deducted from your security deposit. This will ensure the
caravan stays in the immaculate condition it is in and also that the incoming guests receive it on time or early just as you will have done.
Please clean any spillages immediately. No shoes to be worn inside the caravan at any time. Any additional carpet cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.
If an accident occurs (bed wetting) the sheets are to be stripped and washed at the launderette and
replacement ones hired from the resort (at your cost). All mattresses have a mattress protector which would require removing from the mattress and cleaning with antibacterial cleanser (provided within the caravan cleaning products supplied by us). Any soiled or wet mattress will be cleaned / replaced and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
No dogs or smoking at any time within this caravan. Any evidence of this will result in the security deposit being withheld to pay for a deep clean and no refund will be issued whatsoever.
NO STAG/HEN PARTIES/UNDER 25’s (without children or family) the keys will not be handed over and the money for the holiday will not be refunded (apart from the security deposit).
The key safe code will be provided on arrival/check in time.
This is a family owned personal holiday home and although the terms seem strict. They are so we can continue to enjoy it as well as other families. I trust you can understand that. It is a lovely, cosy, very comfortable well equipped caravan which I’m sure you will not be disappointed with.
Your stay is entirely at your own risk. Absolutely no liability for loss, damage or personal injury for you or
anyone within your party will be accepted by us however it may arise. Any problems, there is 24-hour security on site.
Any and all damages or losses from the caravan and its contents occurring throughout your holiday will be
charged to you. The caravan and the inventory are thoroughly inspected both at the beginning and at the end of every stay. Please bring to our attention immediately any issues you should find, so we can ensure both you and any future guests are not inconvenienced unnecessarily.
We reserve the right to pursue any cost to replace any damaged/missing items which exceed the security
deposit plus any costs incurred to recover these losses.
Cancellations within 6 weeks of your stay are non-refundable (excluding security deposit). It is recommended you purchase travel insurance to cover you against any unforeseen circumstances.
As the caravan owners we reserve the right to amend or add to these terms and conditions at any time and an updated version will be supplied to you along with your final receipt. A copy will also be available within the caravan during your stay.
