The location of the caravan is a perfect spot for a family break.

There is a well equipped children’s play park minutes walk from the caravan.

It is ideally located for access to the beach, which is dog friendly all year round. This can be accessed with a 10 minute walk over the road. Which is a lovely 15-20 minute walk all the way into Tenby.

There is a launderette only a minute walk away from the caravan plus a lovely outdoor heated pool (summer months) (Haven entertainment passes required to access the pool and Kiln park Entertainment Complex with all year round Indoor pool.

There are visitor attractions within a short drive of the caravan, such as Folly Farm, Manor Wildlife Park, Oakwood, Caldey Island, Carew Castle, Heatherton, Manirbier Castle, Pembrokeshire Boat Trips, Bosherton Lakes, Wickedly Welsh Chocolate Factory abs so much more.... making this a perfect location for a family/Pet friendly break.

The caravan itself has one double bedroom with wardrobes, and drawers.
Two twin bedrooms with wardrobes.
Family bathroom with w/c and shower unit.
The living area is very large with plenty of seating options. There are TV/DVD players in the living room.
The kitchen has everything you need for as much or as little cooking as you desire. There is a microwave, toaster and full size fridge.
The caravan has wall heaters in all the bedrooms and main bathroom plus a gas fire in the lounge.

With regards to bedding, all duvets and pillows are supplied for the rooms; you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, bath and T towels.
Gas and electric is included in the price but, in the interests of energy conservation and global warming, we would be grateful if you were mindful of its usage.
Finally, we ask that you leave our caravan in the same condition as you found it, so that it is ready for the next occupant and therefore keeping prices low.
