Swift Loire 2014 model located on the 5* Haven Littlesea site in Weymouth. Has one double and two twin rooms all with wardrobes and overhead storage units. Also has pull out double bed in lounge so can sleep up to 8 people. Has separate toilet and basin and then there is a separate room with large shower and basin. Fully double glazed with gas radiator central heating. Large open plan kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All pots, pans, cutlery and dishes for 8 people. Bench seating plus 2 stools around table for eating. Sofa in lounge goes around the room so plenty of space. Remote control fire in lounge. Brand new 39" colour TV and DVD player with good choice of DVDS for you to watch. Fully lined curtains in all rooms with nets up for extra privacy. We have made this caravan very homely with pictures on the walls and other ornaments in lounge.

The caravan is located on the very exclusive Lagoon close where there are only 19 caravans in a small quiet cul de sac. Only a couple of minutes walk to the nature reserve. Outside there is decking on the front with gate so ideal for small children or dogs.
Patio area with table and chairs also bench for extra seating. Also has grass area for children to play. Has own tarmac parking space right next to the caravan and extra spaces for more cars close by.

Duvets and pillows are included in the price just need to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels/tea towels. All gas/electric is also included in the price.

A deposit of £100 (non-refundable) is required to secure booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday. We will also require a deposit of £50 to cover any damage, loss or breakages. Payment can be made by Cheque or BACS. This will be returned to you once you have left and the caravan has been checked by the cleaning company.

All we ask is you leave the caravan as you would expect to find it. Any spillages including wine, drinks or nail vanish must be cleaned up without staining the carpets. NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. Please do not overstay as the cleaning company will be waiting to come in.
Bed linen can be hired from Littlesea if required.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from main reception upon arrival.

Buses run from Littlesea camp to Weymouth Town Centre every 30 minutes during peak season which saves parking charges.

Plenty to do on Littlesea including indoor/outdoor swimming pools, adventure golf, tennis courts, amusement arcades, clubhouse and childrens play area.
Papa Johns Pizza on complex and they will deliver to your caravan. Spar shop, Launderette, Starbucks coffeehouse, and a Traditional fish and chip shop are all on site.
Some very good pubs close by with excellant food at good prices.
