On a quiet yet accessible spot in the park this caravan offers the best of both worlds. Walking distance to the beach and close to the clubhouse, swimming pool, children's play area, arcade, chip shop, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.

If you love the beach then the 7 miles of stunning golden sand RNLI life guarded beach is for you. Ideal for sunbathing, swimming and all types of water sports (including paddle boarding).

Alternatively you are perfectly based either by car or by bus to explore the beautiful seaside harbour towns of Tendy or Saundersfoot to the West or the famous Dylan Thomas' boathouse in Laugharne or Carmarthen to the East. For the younger guests Folly Farm, Heatherton and Oakwood theme park are only 30-45 minutes away.

Our caravan has central heating, double glazing and WIFI.

The accommodation comprises of:

* Living room with TV, DVD and electric fire
* Separate fully fitted kitchen/dining room with fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, kettle and toaster
* 1 double bedroom (with en-suite toilet and sink)
* 1 twin room
* 1 double pull out bed in living room
* Bathroom with shower.

For the lazy days there is wrap around decking with sea views to sit, relax and unwind or alternatively a patio area to the side of the caravan. There is parking for 2 cars, one on the patio area and one on the drive if required.

Please no smoking and no pets.

Entertainment passes can be purchased from Reception for an additional cost. Duvets and pillows will be provided, please supply duvet covers and pillow cases. You would also need to bring tea towels and bath towels.
