Large modern 10 berth caravan to rent at Butlins Minehead. Caravan has four bedrooms, one is a double and three are twins. There is also a pull-out double bed in the living area sleeping a total of up to 10 people on family breaks and a maximum of 8 people on adult only breaks (Travel cot also available in the caravan), perfect for families and large groups. One bathroom containing shower and toilet and one separate toilet room. Large living area containing a 42" FreeView smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, utensils, cutlery, dishes, and saucepans. Gas central heating throughout and double-glazing windows. Spacious 32 foot x 8 foot composite veranda added new in 2022.
All bedding and bed linen is provided free of charge! Please remember to bring your own towels and tea towels.
The caravan is situated on a quiet end spot with parking right next to the caravan for one vehicle (extra vehicles can be left at the main car park). Short walk from the caravan into the heart of Butlins entertainment where you will have access to the shows as well as the Butlins facilities including the swimming pool, arcade and funfair (some activities such as go karting incur extra charge). There's a quiet pub situated at the entrance to the caravan site which is perfect for a relaxing evening.
There is a small supermarket on site near the caravan and a Morrisons, Tesco, Lidl, & McDonalds ~5 minutes outside of the site. Laundrette facilities available on site (Extra charge). Many bars and restaurants to explore. There is also a beach and golf course close to the entrance of the site. Most devices can pick up the Butlins WIFI inside of the caravan (The most basic option of this is free to use), however it is recommended you bring a WIFI dongle if you will be dependent on the WIFI during your stay.
Check in time is 4pm
Check out time is 10am, you must be out of the caravan by this time, but you can usually stay on the site to use the Butlins facilities later than this.
2023 Passes:
Family breaks include up to 10 entertainment passes - At least one guest in the booking must be over the age of 18 - Butlins does not allow same sex groups on family breaks
Just for tots breaks include up to 10 entertainment passes - At least one guest in the booking must be over the age of 18 and at least one guest must be aged under 5
Adult weekend breaks include up to 8 entertainment passes - All guests must be over the age of 18 and at least one guest must be aged 25 or over
Special events (Darts, Fatboy Slim, Shiine, Creams) - Tickets are charged on a per person basis and must be booked in advance - Please contact for more information

A £100 damage bond is payable on all breaks. This will be refunded to you within 5 working days on the basis no damage has occurred to the caravan or its contents and it is left in a tidy condition. There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy in this caravan.
