Definition – The person who signs the booking form (main holiday Maker) shall be known as the Hirer.
1. Bookings will only be accepted from Hirers who are 25 years of age and above on the start of the holiday.
2. The person booking the holiday must be present at the time of the holiday.
3. Stag and hens are NOT allowed.
4. The Hirer is responsible for the Lodge and signed as stated on the booking form.
5. All changes to a booking are allowed ONLY by prior agreement with the Lodge owner in writing, via Text, Facebook PM, or email.
6. The Hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form as well as any Visitors.
7. The Hirer agrees that the details of persons listed on the booking form shall be registered with the Lodge owners on booking.
8. The Hirer must give access to the Lodge if reasonably required by the Lodge owners, Holiday staff, or agents.
9. The Lodge owners reserve the right to call in to check the Lodge and people staying in the Lodge, at any time, or to cancel or refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.
10. We the owners will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any person under 18 years of age).
11. Smoking / Vaping is Not permitted within the Lodge or decking area. If you do smoke, please use the paved area, and dispose of all cigarettes ends after use Thank you.
12. Any smell of drugs in or near the Lodge will result in immediate loss of all money paid, and you will be asked to leave.
13. The Lodge is to be left in a clean and tidy condition; all rubbish disposed of at site refuse point. The dishwasher please note if you use the dishwasher, it is the responsibility of you the guest, to place all cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, and cups back in the cupboards where they came from. This is not the responsibility of the cleaning team! If any item is found in the dishwasher after checkout you will be charged an admin Fee.
14. Washing machine if you use the washing machine, please check that it is empty of your washing before you leave. This is not the responsibility of the cleaning team. If any clothing is found in the washing machine after checkout you will be charged an admin Fee and your clothing can be collected from the reception.
15. No pets allowed.
16. In case of any maintenance problems call reception or Lodge owner.
17. All Electrical and gas appliances have undergone safety checks, use of your own electrical items is at your own risk!
18. Late Departures will be charged at £10 per hour and deducted from deposit.
19. Any damages to the Lodge and or its contents and fittings, how so ever caused will result of lost deposit. However, if the damage or theft amounts to more than the deposit, we will pursue to claim money back in a small claims court!
20. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY OR FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED 10 DAYS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY START DATE AND OR IN THE EVENT OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE LODGE AND OR ITS CONTENTS (This also includes the Decking and decking furniture).
