Very stylish holiday home located at Thorpe Park, Lincolnshire. Located on the quiet Chestnut Grove area of the park. About 10 mins walk to main complex and direct access to the beach within a few minutes walk from the caravan. The nearest mini Market is 2 minutes walk. This holiday home is in a quiet location and would suit those wishing to have a quiet break with lovely walks close by.
This caravan is home from home with large comfortable corner suite, fully fitted and equipped kitchen which includes integrated appliances such as large fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The front doors open on to the large wrap around decking, with seating.
There are 2 larger than average bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with shower. There is a dressing table area and lots of storage space.
The second bedroom has two larger than standard single beds and plenty of space to move about.
Stylish bathroom with lovely power shower.
Both bedrooms have TVs.
Central heating, double glazed.
Large Smart TV, WIFI is included. Dining table in the kitchen.
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
You will need to purchase entertainment passes if you need to use the swimming pool and other certain facilities, you can do this on arrival or via your registration email that you will receive from Haven.
All bedding is provided but towels are not provided .
Check in from 2pm. Check out 10am.
Golf course on site - Fishing lake on site - There are some lovely pubs just outside the site within walking distance to eat and drink, Also lots of beautiful villages and country parks.
If you decide to have a night in there are many takeaways that deliver straight to the caravan, you can also get shopping delivered to save you a trip! Cleethorpes is a lovely busy little resort and has lots to see and do with some lovely places to eat out, it also has received the Blue Flag award for its beaches.
You will be asked to pay a £100 deposit to secure your booking and is also a damage deposit, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided the caravan is left in a clean and undamaged condition. Please contact me for your preferred dates or check the calendar. Full payment is required 6 weeks before your holiday date. If full payment not received then the deposit will not be returned and the holiday will be re-let. All monies will be refunded if Covid restrictions by the government means your holiday is cancelled,
A booking form will be sent to you to fill out and take note of our T&Cs and will need to be filled out and returned to us. We do try to accommodate however many nights you want, but please enquire for availability and prices. If you would like a certain number of nights, such as 7 or 10 etc just ask.
