Hi I'm lou, had experience in property sales and rentals foe over 17 years. I would only rent out what I would live in as my standards as high. Want all my guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay in one of my homes. Coming shortly a 1 bedroom character cottage in the heart of Holmfirth, Yorkshire. Description

My home from home, this caravan has been fitted out to a high standard. All mod cons with smart telly and DVD player in living room, telly/DVD to 2nd bedroom, CD player. No WiFi yet but should be available in the next week. (Can connect telly to own device then log on to your own Netflix ect)

Spacious living area with oak table and chairs, laminate flooring to main living area, double shower with separate loo, 2 beds to 2nd bedroom, spacious master bedroom with ample storage space and enough room to place travel cot next to bed.

The kitchen area has integrated fridge freezer, microwave and well equipped cooking equipment including an electric BBQ which doubles up as a desktop hotplate.

Externally is a full length veranda with 2 seater sofa, and 2 of nomgravity recliner chairs.

Complimentary tea, coffee , hot chocolate and biscuits provided.

Additional baby equipment such as baby bath, high chair and stroller can be provided upon request.

Caravan is located in the Park within 5 minutes walk to both the beach and local shops, amusement arcades, pubs and restaurants at Chapel St Leonards. On site Laundry, kids play ground and fishing lake. To get to Fantasy Island would either be a 5 min drive, 20 mins walk or buses which run regularly.

Duration of stays either 2, 3 or 5 days, with the occasional 7 days in peak times.

Beds have mattress and pillow protectors which are washed after each stay. All you need is your own bedding and towels.

Damage deposit starts from £50 for 2 night stay rising to £100 5 to 7 days, will be returned on same day as checkout subject to place been left clean and tidy and checked .

Caravan is fantastic and super clean the double bed is so so comfy. The facilities in the caravan are excellent tvs in bedrooms and so on central heating a really good shower everything you need and more. Would highly recommend and Lou was an absolute pleasure to deal with very responsive and excellent customer service. We even managed to get an early check in ???? The location is excellent. Would definitely like to book again. May I add excellent value for money I have stayed in some poor caravans and paid a lot more.

Just had a wonderful few days at Lou’s caravan. Very easy to book and Lou was very helpful and friendly. The Van has everything you need and was very clean and homely. Easy to book direct with Lou who is very friendly, helpful, and approchable. The property was amazing, we were wowed by the standing of the accommodation and all the little homely features that gave it a very homely and comforble environment. As well as this it was absolutely spotless and cleaned thoroughly. Lou doesn't exaggerate when she says the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away, allowing for a lovely walk on a lovely beach plenty big enough to let the kids tire themselves out on. Food was easy to prepare with loads of room in the big fridge and good size freezer, the brilliant outdoor electric barbecue took all the mess out of cooking all accompanied by a lovely 2 seater sofa and 2 more comforble reclining chairs set on the veranda. The kids loved having a telly and dvd player in their room which gave us some time off. Will definitely book again for next year.
