**If you contact the site during your stay and they complete any visits, maintenance or repairs this will be deducted from your deposit as we rent privately not via the site (unless we have agreed with the site to attend our caravan)
***The caravan will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and you will be required to vacate the caravan by 10.00am on the day of your departure***
EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT AVAILABLE AT AN EXTRA CHARGE PLEASE BOOK AND PAY DIRECT WITH OWNER.
No passes are required to use the facilities on Golden Gate and you can also access facilities next door at Whitehouse, excluding the swimming pool which there is a small fee to pay. There may also be other activities to which a small charge may apply. (Please check with site)
● Under no circumstances will any pets be permitted, if pets are found to be in the caravan, then all occupants will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
● We have a Ring doorbell outside/front of the caravan for protection on Bobby's Place. (Under no circumstances is this camera to be unplugged, removed, covered or damaged this will jeopardise your deposit)
● Quilts and pillows are provided.
● Linen is provided and you will be required to supply: Towels/Tea towels etc.
● NO SMOKING in any part of the caravan, if anyone smokes in the caravan deposit will be held to pay for deep cleaning. ALSO NO SMOKING ON THE DECKING OF BOBBY'S OR THROWING CIGARETTE STUMPS AROUND BOBBY'S PLACE.
● The payment of £100 deposit will also act as a security bond against any damages/theft/loss of keys. If any items are damaged/stolen/lost regardless of the price then this will be kept to replace them.
● we have left our own personal travel cot in the wardrobe which you are more than welcome to use at no extra cost but please fold away and put back in the wardrobe when finished
● Any prams etc that are in the caravan you are also more than welcome to use free of charge at your own risk and as long as no damage etc to items as this will jeopardise your deposit
● The caravan should be left in a clean, tidy and no damage condition, please leave as you would like to find it.
● All rubbish (bin bags, sanitary products etc) need to be disposed of in the skips which are located near reception (Our cleaner will charge an extra £20 if any of the above products are left in the caravan so this will be taken out of your deposit
● All beds must be stripped on your day of departure (If beds have not been used please do not strip) and placed in a white bag (which can be found in the kitchen draw)
● you are more than welcome to use anything we have in the caravan but please look after it.
● No candles to be used in the caravan.
● No smoking or Vaping inside caravan or on decking area and please don't throw cigarette stumps in the surrounding area of our caravan.
● If you are found to have drugs in Bobby's Place it will be reported to the police & security if you are still on site and your deposit will be kept to pay for a deep clean as we have young kids, babies & all types of families staying in Bobby's Place and would not expect them to stay in a place where drugs have been.
● Do not press ANYTHING on the WiFi box (do not move, unplug or press anything on the wifi box) and under no circumstances press the reset but as this will wipe everything which will require an engineers visit which the company charge £50 and this will be taken out of your deposit.
● Please understand that we must have these procedures in place to protect our property and the comfort of our customers.
● The day of your arrival you will be messaged with the code for the lock box (THIS WILL USUALLY BE AFTERNOON TIME BEFORE YOUR 4PM CHECK IN)
● On departure please put the key back in the lock box otherwise your deposit will be used to replace. (CHECK OUT IS 10AM)

You can pay off your holiday but the full balance needs to be paid by 2 weeks before the 1st day of your holiday otherwise your deposit/bond will not be refunded and your holiday will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF THE 1ST DAY OF YOUR HOLIDAY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR DEPOSIT. (May be able to move date on discretion of owner but not guaranteed)
DEPOSIT - WILL BE RETURNED (IF BOOKED VIA OWNER) 7-10 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT.
DEPOSIT - IF BOOKED ONLINE THE OWNER DOES NOT HANDLE YOUR DEPOSIT.
