Hi thank you for taking the time to look at ozzy our static caravan on kiln park. I am married with three children. My wife has been coming to tenby since she was a toddler! As a family we have been going to tenby for many years, We started on kiln park camping, hiring caravans and now in the position to own one. We want you to enjoy your time away like we always do and want you to be home from home.

Description

Fantastic opportunity to stay at a stunning 2019 SWIFT Loire privately owned, family run caravan (prestige / silver haven rating) Set in a central spot at Kiln park on a premium pitch, in Osprey, side decking and secure gate. It is a short straight walk to the shop and onto the centre of the services and activities at the complex. It is very close to Reception, and also the fields and park. The complex houses the swimming pool, chip shop, arcade, pottery workshop, Pappa John's pizza, Millie's cookies, bar and restaurant, club house and small rides for little ones. There is also an outdoor pool in the Summer months. Other activities include crazy golf, tennis courts, go karts, indoor soft play to name a few. Accessible to beach.

At the caravan, enclosed private decking in the cul de sac of 14 caravans, mostly privately owned. There is a private car parking space, small patio with seating and grassed area next to the caravan.

Double glazing and central heating throughout. Three beautiful bedrooms, seperate en-suite off master bedroom. Two twin rooms . Spacious living room with L shape sofas, (comfy throws and CUSHIONS, FREEVIEW TV

Separate kitchen and dining area. Luxury carpet with underlay throughout. Laminate effect vinyl flooring in kitchen/dining/bathrooms. Large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower in main bathroom. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

Strictly no smoking or vaping in caravan or on veranda, or groups of same sex in caravan. Haven rules apply.

LINEN and TOWEL PACKAGE AVAILABLE, but bring own bedlinen - sheets, and pillow covers if not choosing this option at booking. Quilts and pillows provided, extra blankets available.

Complimentary welcome pack on arrival to include tea, coffee sugar uht milk, Welsh cakes, 1 x loo roll and 1 x tea towel.

Family With Young Children

Just got home from a perfect 4 night stay. The location of the caravan is perfect, in a quiet little culdesac with a short walk to the beach, Tenby town and the onsite facilities. The caravan is beautiful and we especially loved the large open planned kitchen and living room and closed off decking so our 18month old daughter could play without us worrying. Dom was amazing and always easy to get hold of if we ever needed to. The caravan site in my opinion is the best site in west wales especially if you have a young family. The on-site entertainment was great as well as the swimming pool and restaurant. The site was only a short drive to the manor wildlife park, heatherton, folly farm and oakwood park. Will 100% be booking with Dom again in the future.

Had a lovely 3 day break with my partner. Caravans location is brilliant. Close to beach and Tenby. Caravan had everything we needed and spotless. We didn't want to leave. DOM was amazing to deal and quick to respond with any queries. Would highly recommended and definitely be booking again . Thanks Dom and family for sharing your beautiful caravan. ????

Fantastically located only 10 minutes away from Tenby town with a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very welcoming and cosy place to stay. Both me and my partner enjoyed our time there and would definitely re visit. The owner was very easy to contact and available to help with any questions we had. Thanks to Dom and Family; we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!
