Booking terms and conditions
1. Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are over 21 years of age at the start of the holiday. Same sex group bookings are at Happy Place Holidays discretion, however, we do not accept Hen do/Stag do, or parties, as these are not party caravans.
2. The hirer is responsible for the caravan, decking and its contents for the duration of their stay, any damages MUST be reported and must be paid for.
3. The Caravan must be left in a clean and suitable condition on check out, if this is not you will be charged an additional £50.00.
4. If any purchases are made on the Amazon Fire Accounts, including all apps and accounts inclusive to Netflix, Amazon Prime Now TV and Disney+ will be chargeable to you, and must be paid for.
5. The hirer is responsible for all the conduct of all the persons listed on the booking form as well as any visitors to the caravan. The hirer also agrees that all details of persons listed on booking form shall be registered with Haven Holidays.
6. The hirer agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy of the caravan or the number of guests registered with Happy Place Holidays, if this is done you may be requested to leave the caravan and the site, and no fees returned.
7. All Guests MUST be registered with Happy Place Holidays, failure to register all the guests staying in the caravan could result in your booking being withdrawn and immediate removal from the site, and no fees returned.
8. The hirer must give access to the caravan if reasonably required by the caravan owner, Happy Place Holidays, haven holidays staff or agents. Physical or verbal abuse towards Happy place Holidays or Haven staff will not be tolerated.
9. The caravan owners and Happy Place Holidays reserve the right to refuse any bookings without any obligation to provide a reason.
10. Happy Place Holidays and Haven Holidays will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person, equipment, or vehicle (including any person under 18 years of age).
11. Smoking or Vaping is not permitted inside the caravan, failure to adhere to this will result in the hirer being charged £50.00 for the cleaning of the caravan, which will be taken from the Security bond you provided.
12. No pets are allowed on the site, unless guide dogs, this must be agreed before the booking is made.
13. In case of any maintenance or cleaning problems these MUST be reported as soon as they have been identified, DIY repairs must not be undertaken or attempted.
14. The Hirer must inform Happy Place Holidays within 2 hours of arrival of any defects, inventory shortages and/or any breakages. Failure could result in you the hirer being responsible and financially liable.
15. All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks, please use your own electrical items at your own risk.
16. The Hirer must not charge electric cars from plugs within the caravan, we recommend that you use official charging stations.
17. Happy Place Holidays are unable to guarantee that Haven Holidays will sell entertainment passes we have no dealings with this, and all passes must be purchased through Haven Holidays.
18. If you are asked to vacate the caravan by either Happy Place Holidays or Haven Holidays for any reasons whatsoever Happy Place Holidays shall not refund any monies paid.
19. The Hirer agrees to keep the caravan door and windows locked while out of the caravan and when checking out the keys must be returned to the key safe.
20. Keys must be returned to the Key Safe located at the caravan, keys must not be returned to Haven Reception or drop boxes, if keys are returned to Haven, you will be charged £10.00. If keys are lost, you will lose your Security bond.
Haven Burnham on Sea Site rules
1. The Hirer and all people listed on the booking form must always obey with the site rules and regulations.
2. At all times noise must be kept at an acceptable level.
3. All Speed limits observed, and cars must be parked in the designated parking bays, no cars to be parked on grass verge.
4. BBQs are allowed but these MUST be charcoal based, and on the patio by the caravan, these must not be left unattended, and no BBQs allowed on the decking.
5. No firearms, or any other weapons are permitted on site, no electric or petrol scooters allowed.
6. When accessing the entertainment complex, you may be asked to show your entertainment passes to Haven Staff or their agents. ...Show less
