Comfortable thick mattresses in bedrooms so no bad backs! Pull out double bed in living room with memory foam mattress topper to increase comfort. Linen included and beds made up for arrival.
Large kitchen with full size integrated fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. Kettle & toaster provided and all essential items for cooking (pans, utensils, foil etc). Salt, pepper and oil provided.
Smart TV in living room and WIFI included. Large seating area in living room with double French doors to the front and electric fireplace. Separate dining area with table and seating for 6.
Large shower cubicle with power shower; toilet and cabinet with shaving port. Double glazing and gas central heating.
Grass area surrounding caravan perfect for sunbathing! Lots of parking available.
Caravan is based on a quiet cul de sac on West Sands holiday park with several entertainment venues. Entertainment passes are NOT included and can be purchased separately directly from the resort. Please enquire for prices. Passes allow access to indoor & outdoor pools, wellness suite, kids craft area, site bus & a range of activities organised by the resort (additional charge) and entertainment venues. There are many activities on the resort which do not require passes including play parks, mini golf, soft play, sports field, wave rider, arcades, funfair, bowling, pottery studio, dino karts, e-bikes (some of these have an additional charge). Information of how to purchase these will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your arrival date, along with information of the resort App featuring park maps, venue information, bookable activities and restaurants.
There's 3 entertainment venues on site offering bars, music and shows.
There's a choice of 3 restaurants on site plus a fish & chip shop and Papa Johns pizzeria (delivery to caravan available!) as well as pop up eateries serving burritos, gyros and sweet treats. There is also a café at the onsite funfair serving breakfasts and dinners and serving all important Costa coffee! There's an ice cream booth and a delicious Millie's cookies. NYC Nathan's famous burgers & wings has recently opened on site too.
There are 2 NISA locals on site for any last minute shopping you need to do, and a co-op just outside the site (10 mins walk from caravan) or Asda 5 minute drive. Shopping delivery direct to caravan is available. There's also a handy launderette onsite.
The pebble Beach is a short stroll from the caravan and is private to resort users only; with views of the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth's Spinnaker tower! You can't beat the sunrise and sunset views over the Solent! There's a nature reserve joining the site which is great for a stroll in any weather.
Selsey high street is 10 minute walk from the caravan and is full of bakeries, butchers, cafes, pubs and restaurants, independent shops; the Co-op, Post Office and Boots.
Strictly NO pets and NO smoking. The caravan rental is separate to the resort & site facilities so we cannot guarantee what will be open and available at the time of your stay.
£50 non refundable deposit payable at time of booking.
Cancellation fees apply as set out via Guest booking terms. £150 damage deposit required, which will be refunded after your stay providing there is no damage and once the key has been returned. An inventory is also checked after your departure and any missing items will be deducted from the damages deposit. This is a treasured family holiday home which we have worked hard to make as welcoming as possible, we kindly ask that you treat it with due care and respect. If any damage occurs please inform us or if you notice any damage on arrival, please highlight it to us within 1 hour of check-in to ensure it is noted.
