This Swift Burgandy luxury static caravan was brand new to the site for 2022.
Situated in the quiet and relaxing Seven Bays Park, near Padstow, North Cornwall. This holiday stay is perfectly located for exploring all North Cornwall has to offer, especially Padstow which is only 10-15 minutes drive away. Not to mention the seven bays for seven days beaches, all within 3 miles of St Merryn.
Our affordable accommodation comprises of dining table and a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and relaxing. There is a gas cooker, built in microwave and full size fridge freezer.
The living room has a TV, DVD player and selection of DVDS and there is free WIFI access. For families of 6, there is a pull out sofa bed (small double)under the main sofa .
The main entrance opens out onto a very generous decking area with seating provided for those chilled coffee mornings or sunsets with something a little stronger.
The view of the stars here is a must!
DISCLAIMER -there is currently no decking situated beneath the double doors, please be mindful of this with young children as there is a drop beneath them.
The master bedroom has a double size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, with a double wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite.
The second bedroom has twin full size 3ft singles, single wardrobe, shelving and ample storage.
Please feel free to use the books, games and toys provided for little ones.
The main bathroom has a generous shower, toilet and wash basin with storage room for toiletries.
Quilts, pillows mattress & pillow protectors provided – Please bring your bed linen, towels and tea towels, bath mats and any other linen or towels you require for your stay.
An intensive clean will be done for your arrival.
Please note this is a non smoking caravan.
A good housekeeping deposit is required of £50.00 - fully refundable within 5 days of your stay with us less any damages of course.
We accept one well behaved dog at no additional charge (second dogs are accepted at a charge of £25 per stay).
We do ask that dogs are kept off furniture and beds at all times and they sleep on their own bedding, any damage will be taken from your good housekeeping deposit.
Dog bowls and accessories provided.
Seven Bays also have a site wide policy that no dogs are left unattended in Static Caravans - we ask you to respect this on your stay.

There is a Sports bar and restaurant, Nisa Shop and Tennis courts approximately 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, as well as a secure dog walking paddock.
There is also a laundrette and hair salon.
St Merryn village is a 5 minute drive with shops, pubs and restaurants (including a Chinese takeaway and popular fish bar).
Check in time is 4pm and departure is 10am Saturday to Saturday or Friday - Sunday.
Long weekends or half weeks are available upon request, we try to be as flexible as possible!
