Our lovely 3 bedroom fully furnished Abi Coworth is a 2022 model with a high specification inside with modern finishes and sleeps up to 8 people.

Situated in Seven Bays Park, near Padstow, North Cornwall perfectly located for visiting the seven bays beaches that are all located within 3 miles of St Merryn.

Just a short drive to Padstow with all its lovely pubs and restaurants 10-15 mins

The caravan benefits from having double glazing, gas central heating and powerful shower, sliding door to the front where you can step out onto the brand new spacious decking area with rattan furniture the perfect place to relax so you can enjoy those quiet evenings or bright mornings with a nice hot or cold beverage.

Inside the van you have a very spacious living room with pull out sofa bed (small double) HD smart television, electric state of the art fire with mood lighting and plenty of natural light , joined to the dining area and fully equipped Kitchen with Gas cooker, microwave and full size fridge freezer.

Kombi boiler is hidden away in a small storage cupboard.

Master bedroom has a large double bed, double wardrobe and dressing table along with en-suite toilet with sink and vanity mirror.

Main bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle along with toilet and sink inc vanity mirror.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are good size twin bedrooms inc 2 full size single beds in each room along with wardrobes and bedside table.

Quilts, pillows mattress & pillow protectors provided – Please bring your bed linen and towels and tea towels, bath mats and any other linen or towels you may require for your stay.

A COVID deep clean will be done for your arrival. 



Our changeover day is a Friday so check in and check out will be on these days

Please note this is strictly a non smoking caravan.



A damages deposit is required of £200.00 - fully refundable within 5 days of your stay with us less any damages of course.



£50 non refundable deposit required to secure booking, balance due 6 weeks before holiday.



We do accept well behaved dogs by arrangement and at a cost of £30


There is a Sports bar, Nisa Shop, Tennis courts, a dog exercise field, a child’s play area and hairdressers approximately a 5 minute walk from sea glass on site.


Seven bays park also benefits from a restaurant & bar which provides cooked breakfasts several days a week and meals in the evenings and a launderette. .

St Merryn village is a 5 minute drive with shops, pubs and restaurants.
