Plenty of public parking outside the caravan.


No pets allowed on any soft furnishings. Any evidence of this will result in the guest being billed for a deep clean. Well behaved dogs maybe considered by agreement . Please get in touch to discuss further.


Strictly no unauthorised pets. Any evidence of pets will result in guests being billed for a deep clean.

Please be aware if you have allergies that dogs may have visited the holiday home.

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan or on the decking. Any evidence of this will result in the guest being billed for a deep clean.

PLEASE NOTE ; Maximum occupancy is 6. Over occupancy will result in termination of your holiday without refund, this is for your own safety.

Check in 4pm / Check out 10am.

Minimum stay 3 nights.

We do breaks 3/4/7/14 nights only.


£100 breakage deposit is required to secure booking. This will be returned subject to the holiday home being left in the same condition as when you arrived.

On departure please ensure that all windows & doors are locked & all outside furniture is put away.

On departure day could you please leave the caravan as you found it -
* Make sure all windows & doors are locked, curtains are opened.
* Bins emptied into the dumpster
*The beds are stripped.
*The key is returned to the lockbox & the numbers are mixed up.

Failure to leave the holiday home secure could result in you loosing your deposit.

Your deposit is refunded after your stay following the holiday home inspection.

Cayton Bay holiday park is a great base to discover the Yorkshire coast.

The beach is a few minutes walk away, a great place for surfing the waves, with a surf school located on the bay.

Scarborough, Filey, Fraisthorpe, Whitby & Bridlington, are all a short drive away.

Entertainment passes for the park are not included in the price, but can be purchased from reception on arrival.
