Welcome to our privately owned 3 bedroom caravan sited at Drake 48 on Cayton Bay holiday resort. It’s just a stones throw to the main facilities where you’ll find the restaurant, the showbar, the childrens play areas, sports dome & swimming pool. It’s also only a 10 minute walk down to the popular Cayton Bay beach.

This caravan is our much loved family holiday home and is a lovely relaxing caravan with a modern kitchen, a dining room for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the living area. There is French doors to a charming veranda with amazing views across the park and beyond due to the elevated position.

There is a lovely kitchen and dining area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster & kettle along with all your crockery and cooking equipment. The living room has two comfy freestanding sofas one which will pull out into a bed. There is a master bedroom with en-suite toilet and 2 twin rooms. The main bathroom has a powerful shower and a toilet. We have patio doors onto a lovely secure veranda with outside seating area.

Cayton Bay holiday park is a lovely and fun park which has just received a major investment. There is outdoor play areas, bungee trampolines, cart hire, high ropes course, craft den, arcades, swimming pool, sports dome, outdoor survival courses. There is a Nisa shop on site which is well stocked for food and other essentials. The show bar hosts regular entertainment for the children then bingo and plenty of acts later on with some celebrity appearances. There’s so much to do on site.

You will need passes to gain access to park facilities and these can easily be purchased from the main reception.

Cayton Bay is also ideally located between Scarborough and Filey and there is a bus stop directly outside the park where you can catch the bus to travel along the coast. There is also the tow Bar pub directly outside the park which has a great children's play area in the beer garden and famous for its Sunday Lunches.

There is a short walk along the underpass directly to the stunning beach. Lifeguards are regularly on patrol and there’s a surf school close by. There is also a beach café halfway down the hill which also acts as a shop with beach toys and essentials. There is also a toilet block. The beach is dog friendly & is also a direct route to the Cleveland way coastal path a popular path for walkers. You can walk to Filey or Scarborough and beyond.

The facilities on site are open from February half term to the end of October half term but the caravan is available to rent all year round and is lovely and peaceful in the winter.

This is a dog friendly caravan and we welcome up to two well behaved dogs. As we have dogs our self this caravan is not suitable for anyone with allergies. There is a dog walking area not far from the caravan & also a woof park at the other side of the park. Dogs are welcome in the outside area of the boathouse restaurant.

The caravan is cleaned extensively between guests and we pride ourselves on a clean and welcoming environment.
