We stayed here and had a wonderful week. The caravan was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed and more. Our party consisted of 2 adults, 3 teenagers and a 5 year old. The site was great for all ages and we had a wonderful holiday.

Just had a lovely week at Eyemouth in this caravan and really enjoyed our stay. Caravan is spotlessly clean , has all the facilities you needed for a great break. The beds are comfortable and excellent shower (we find showers can be a hit or a miss in some vans definitely not the case here) . Balcony is south facing so you get the sun all day and its lovely to sit there and watch the world go by its a little sun trap. There is wifi which is nice to have and you can log into your own netflix/prime video ect Chris the owner is super helpfull and nothing was too much bother and he responds very quickly to any queries. We will definitely be booking again .

Thanks for the great review. As owners, we've always tried to give the service we would expect as guests and it's great to know we're doing it right. Had a fantastic time caravan was perfect the park was nice the little fishing village was great good walks and plenty off places to eat

ALL was spot on and just what the doctor ordered for myself and 3 daughters (16, 13, 6). Price great. Comms with Chris… great. Caravan was amazing and did the trick. Area is lovely and was helped by the weather being mostly nice. I’ll definitely recommend to friends and family.

Arrived back today from a 4 night stay. The caravan is nice and modern, spacious and immaculate. The caravan park itself is also very clean. Excellent customer service from Chris too. Eyemouth is such a lovely area with stunning sea views right next to the caravan park. Will definitely be back in the future :)

We had a great stay here back in March. Lovely van, very clean, modern and spacious. It’s got everything you need including WiFi which worked well. Excellent customer service from Chris, such a nice guy and very helpful, quick responses too. Eyemouth is such a beautiful place and you have amazing sea views a stone throw away from the caravan park. We just booked to return in September, we can’t wait!

Lovely caravan with all that you need to have a pleasant stay. Excellent communication from Chris with easy access to keys. This is our second time at this site and the facilities are great especially if you have children or like us a dog. Will definitely be returning.

Just about to go home from our 3 night break thoroughly enjoyed it caravan was spotless, lovely scenery and for the time of year weather was good to us. Thank you Chris we will definitely be wanting to return in the summer

We could not fault the caravan, very clean and comfortable and process of entry was simple, One of the toilet was smelly but assumed due to not being used but soon cleared after flushing the toilet, shower and sink a few times it, cleared. We did not see anything about bring bedding but luckily we had some in our campervan . Overall enjoyable stay

You're absolutely right - the van has not been occupied for roughly 4 weeks so any water in the pipes and toilet would have been sitting for that length of time hence the possible smell. However, I do apologise for that and hope that it didn't inconvenience you. I will take steps to ensure that any standing water is cycled through in future. As for the bedding, we do say on the listing that bed linen is not supplied. We do supply duvets and pillows though. To explain, the reason for not including the bed linen is purely because the on-site launderette is not always functional or available and therefore the decision was taken to ask guests to supply their own linen, rather than be faced with the prospect of having used linen left for the next guest. I hope this make sense and, again, apologies for any inconvenience and I trust this didn't take anything away from your stay. Many thanks Chris

We have recently returned from a lovely break over the new year. I booked the caravan very last minute and Chris was fantastic, he provided excellent information and responded to all of my queries almost immediately. The caravan was immaculately clean and modern and located ideally for winter strolls along the beautiful beach and town of Eyemouth with the family and dogs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
