Our beautiful new caravan 2021 model Abi Roecliffe, 39x12 is set in the stunning Purbeck hills. We have a large raised deck with seating for outdoor dining. And a safe grassed area for children to play with additional picnic bench and use of gas BBQ. Under the caravan there are body boards for swimming, crabbing lines and buckets and out door games. Inside the king size master has en-suite toilet, twin single room and double sofa bed in the lounge. Separate shower room. There is central heating throughout a lovely electric fire , lounge has a smart T V with DVD player and free wi fi. Board games and dvds available to use. Kitchen has all mod cons gas cooker, combi microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee and sugar supplied and condiments to use too. This really is a large spacious caravan that we treat as our holiday home and ask for you to treat it with the same respect. We will ask for a £100 security deposit.

Swanage Coastal Park in Dorset, is an excellent location to take in all Dorset has to offer.

Swanage itself has its beach, steam railway and plenty activities, all within 20 minutes you have Corfe castle, Durdle door, Lulworth cove Studland beach, Poole, Wareham, Monkey world a little further along you have Weymouth with Portland Bill or catch a bus to Bournemouth
From the back of the caravan park you can get on the south-west path which takes in the stunning Jurassic Coast, sites such as Durlston Castle, Anvil Point, Dancing Ledge, Chapmans Pool, Kimmeridge to name a few.

Swanage coastal park has a reception with small shop, laundrette and small play park. Next doors park you have an indoor swimming pool and gym ( charges apply) and use of clubhouse. Swanage town is a 15minute walk away with numerous restaurants and takeaways.

This little gem of a caravan is in a quite spot at the top of the hill one mile out of town , new last year it still has that look and smell of a new caravan , lovely and clean , great communication with the owner , no sea view but it has fabulous views over the hills and the stetting sun , it's at the bottom of the site very steep climb to the coastal path this takes you to durlston castle. Down side you need to take the car to the town if you are not on the fit side , up side you are in a quite area , comeing back next year to enjoy the decking and views . (and of course Swanage is gorgeous)
