We have recently upgraded to this 2 bedroom Willerby Avonmore sleeps 4 situated in the white are within a short flat walk to facilities.

The lounge has an L shaped sofa, footstool, a 47 inch flat screen smart tv which can connect to the free wi-fi. A radio, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, a few board games, coffee table a modern electric fire as well as gas central heated radiators.

The dining area has a table and 4 upholstered chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas cooker, built in microwave, full size fridge freezer and an integrated dishwasher.

A full inventory with kettle, a 4 slice toaster, cutlery, pots/pans, glasses and utensils.

We’ve tried to make it as home from home as possible.

The mater bedroom has a double bed, bedside units and cupboards above. A vanity unit with large mirror and stool. Large wardrobe with drawers below. A hairdryer is provided.

A small en-suite with w.c and hand basin radiators in both rooms.

The second bedroom has twin beds with cupboards above, a wardrobe with drawers below a mirror and radiator.

The main bathroom has a large shower a WC. Plenty of space for toiletries a hand basin with mirror above and a radiator.

Outside we have a decked veranda with table and chairs to seat 4, 2 rattan chairs and small table.

Along side the caravan is a parking space for 1 car additional parking is available near reception.

Duvets and pillows are provided.

You will need to provide your own bed lined, towels and tea towels.

There is an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, parasol and 2 beach chairs for your use.

Wi-Fi is now available free within our holiday home and on site.

No more than 4 persons in total for your stay.

Strictly NO pets allowed.

Electric vehicles MUST be charged at designated charging points and NOT at the holiday home.

Passes for entertainment venue and sports bar are provided.

Swimming pool, spa and gym are available to use and passes can be purchased from leisure complex.
