Amazing outdoor hot tub cabin with huge outdoor space and two spacious decking areas.

Is a luxury three-bedroom cabin in the heart of Northumberland that boasts one of the best the hot tub and lounge areas on the park on a private part of the park a space that can be enjoyed all year round.

Based in the heart of Northumberland and amazing location for a base to explore.

We feature complimentary use of 18 hole golf course to our guests and the availability to hire a private golf buggy.

With two multiple level decking areas both with outdoor seating one featured on the bottom floor with walls on all sides and a pergola covering the hot tub for all around privacy and all year round access to the hot tub no matter the weather.

The top decking with features privacy screens also to enclose the full area and separate it from the bottom decking for children and pets.

The site does not have a shop the closest village shop is in Felton otherwise you have quite a few shops in Alnwick & Morpeth.

There is a social club in Swarland village also the golf club (Bari Bar) is open between 12pm/9pm and near reception there tends to be catering and sweet vendor vans.

Both are very nice indeed and are normally on the site at the weekends, but tend to be on site more frequently during the summer holidays.

Children are allowed to stay in our holiday home and we do h provide a travel cot but no high chair.

We do allow well-behaved pets for a fee of £25 per pet up to 2 pets max which would be a total of £45.

We also have a golf buggy available for rent for £15 per day please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

If more than 6 guests for the use of the sofa bed and linen provided would be an additional £15 to be paid prior to arrival.
