Our Delta 32' x 12' 2015 caravan is situated in beautiful Sunny Challaborough Bay on the South Devon Coast at the Parkdean Resorts site. It sleeps up to six people with one double and one twin bedrooms. You also have the option of a pull out double sofa bed in the main living area. All bed linen will be provided and made on arrival. The open plan kitchen and living area is very spacious with plenty of seating and room for Children to enjoy themselves. The caravan is also double glazed and centrally heated throughout.
Outside you will have some seating on a nice grassed area
beside the van and your very own parking space also beside the Holiday Home.
There are a wide selection of amenities on site including The Waterfront Bar and Restaurant which overlooks the Bay, serving food and drink all day. To the other side you have the main Venue with a wide variety of Entertainment for all ages, including cash Bingo every evening. There is also a well stocked Bar and Takeaway. On the other side of the Site you have the Heated Indoor Swimming Pool and Play Park for Children. Just outside the Park you have a General Store stocking all your essentials and gifts. There is also a Laundrette on site as well as an Arcade. Passes are available from reception for a nominal fee.
Challaborough is quite unique in as far as the Beach is right on your doorstep with no steep slopes or steps to worry about. It also has the benefit of a Lifeguard from May to September. For the more adventurous there are several cliff top walks to enjoy along the South Devon Coast Path, including Burgh Island either when the tide is out or by sea Tractor.
