We had a lovely week in this caravan. We had a gift of chocolates, wine, dog treats and poo bags, which was very much appreciated and a nice thoughtful touch. It has everything you could want and more. It is very near the facilities but not enough to get any noise. The veranda got the sun all day. We liked to sit on the side at the back away from the roadway although it wasnt very busy. We had a few good chats with the neighbour who was very welcoming. We had an issue with the lock and the owner responded very quickly. He couldn't do enough, even offering to take us for a drink to apologise. The caravan is very comfortable and was very cosy when the weather wasn't the best. There are plenty of places to visit in the area, my favourite is Barmouth, closely followed by Shell Island. The beach is very nice. We preferred the side to the left where cars aren't allowed. There were not as many people at that side and the sand was lovely and soft, just watch out for the jelly fish in the sea. All in all a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book if we are in the area again.

This is a great caravan. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances are easy to use. It was quick to heat with lots of radiators and a fire. Shower has good pressure and water was piping hot. The caravan is in a great location; it's a short walk away from the beach and a great base for exploring Snowdonia. Correspondence with the owner was quick and efficient. Whatever queries we had were answered straight away. I have recommended this caravan to other friends and family and hope to return again.

On arrival we was very impressed with the caravan,very clean and plenty of space,toilet and shower was great lovely hot water,great TV The site itself is lovely and very close to the beach,nice and quiet aswell,only a little walk to the club house with a nice chippy aswell My only negative is probably me being fussy,I didn't like the pillows and mattress on are double bed,pillows just to flat and the mattress was a little to thin for us This wouldn't stop us returning though we really did have a great stay Patrick and kym was great,and thanks for the chocolates and card and bottle of wine on arrival,it was a really nice welcome Thanks again Dean and family x

Hi Dean Thanks for the review and your feedback Was it the fold out double in the living room as those mattresses are of course thin by necessity but we can consider the additional provision of a memory foam topper to be used with that The pillows are all new as they were all replaced when we purchased the caravan on September 4th 2022 but we can put some extra pillows in the caravan in case people prefer more Regards Patrick & Kym

This is the second time we have stayed at this caravan, and the first time since it’s been under new ownership, I’ve spoken to Kym & Paddy quite a bit during the run up to my holiday (mostly me pestering to see if I could start my holiday a day early) they couldn’t accommodate my request but were really lovely to deal with. The caravan has everything you need, so, from cooking up a storm in the kitchen to being able to hoover up sandy floors. It has a selection of games and dvd’s for those not so sunny days and I can’t forget about the lovely big veranda for chilling on a sunny evening after a day of exploring. It is in an excellent location not just on the park but also for exploring north wales. We love staying at this caravan, as it’s amenities and location are perfect for us, we’ve already booked next years stay!
