Pendine Sands - Holiday Accommodation 15898

Hello my name is Denise Andrea Davies and I own a beautiful Ambleside caravan sited in a quiet cul de sac at Pendine Sands Holiday Park.

This spacious bright van sleeps up to 6 guests, compromising of a double room including a smart TV with en suite shower and wc, a walk in wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom features cosy twin beds with a wardrobe. There is also sleeping for 2 in the lounge as the settee pulls out to a comfortable sleeping area.

The Kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, a microwave and kettle, Slo Cooker with an ample stock of crockery and cutlery. The cooking appliances consist of a gas oven and hob along with an integrated fridge freezer. In addition to these you will have use of a hairdryer, ironing board, Iron and Hoover. There is also a toasted sandwich maker for your convenience

The van is a 10 minute gentle walk on flat ground to the beautiful 7 mile sandy beach which is dog friendly all year round. The surrounding area boasts pubs and café for all your dining needs including top rated Chinese take away/Restaurant called the Lotus, The coffee shop does amazing breakfasts and Fish and Chips shop for those all important nights in. Within this area also houses a number of gift shops to ensure you leave your holiday with plenty of memento's of your time.

We are situated approximately 30 mins drive to Folly Farm and Saundersfoot, the quiet village of Laughne is 10 mins away by car housing the Dylan Thomas boathouse, a must see if you are venturing into the area.

The site compromises of all the facilities you need to fully enjoy your stay, including a dog friendly pub called The Duck Inn, Sands Club house showing a variety of entertainment options throughout your stay including bingo, live shows and also entertainment for the little ones. Also on site is an family friendly indoor swimming pool with amusements, a kiddies play area as well as all of this, there are 3 grocery shops near by for all your essentials.

The van is dog friendly and can accommodate 2 small well behaved dogs. (charges apply).
