Our ABI St David consists of :

Fully fitted kitchen, Dishwasher, Full size fridge /Freezer, Microwave, Gas cooker and hob. Including everything you need for your self catering stay.

1 large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes , dressing table and en-suite which includes toilet , sink , shower and the luxury of a bath.

Large family bathroom with toilet, sink and large shower

Gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Large wrap round decking with furniture and view of main lake.
Bedding and towels are included in the rental

Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Selection of children’s games and books.

We ask that no scooters/Bikes/Hoverboards are to be used on the decking area as these leave stubborn black marks that will only come off if professionally cleaned. No BBQ’s on the decking area as this can be very dangerous.

A key box is fitted for your key collection so you can start your holiday without queues (code will be given with arrival information)

Check in to caravan will be from 3pm and check out will be 10am on day of departure.

**** NO SMOKING OR VAPING IS ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN OR DECKING AREA. NO PETS OR STAG AND HEN PARTIES ALLOWED ****

A non refundable deposit of £75 is due at the time of booking to secure your dates.
Full balance is due six weeks before arrival. If you fail to pay the balance we reserve the right to re hire the caravan and your deposit will be lost.
If booking within six weeks of arrival full payment must be paid plus a £75 security bond over and above the cost of your holiday. This is refunded within seven days of departure once the caravan has been checked and there has been no damage.

Payment is to be made by bank transfer.
