Rockley Park is renowned as one of the top holiday parks. perfectly positioned in Poole, easy access to Bournemouth, Sandbanks and the Jurassic Coast. There is a bus stop in Rockley park which takes you to Poole Bus Station where you can travel to one of the areas many great attractions including Brownsea island, Swanage, Studland and much more!

Our fantastic 2 bed -6 berth comes with stylish interior, carpeted lounge and bedrooms, lounge-kitchen-dining area with a great view .

Letting Specifics and Pricing:

If booking through myself a
- non-refundable Deposit of £50 is required within 3-days of booking in order to secure your stay
- Full payment is requested 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date
- We require £100 damaged and breakages deposit (this will be returned to you within 7-days once the caravan has been checked.)
- A Key-Safe is in use (code sent by email)
- ENTERTAINMENT PASSES NOT INCLUDED. - you will receive an email from rockley 4 weeks before your arrival date giving you the option to purchase them and book indoor swimming slots .

We stayed at this caravan for two weeks while a new kitchen was being fitted in our own home not far away. We could'nt have chosen better than this caravan. It is well located not far from the facilities, but also quite private, with a nice outdoor deck to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. The caravan is modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. WIFI is good and the TV has freeview channels. The double bed was comfortable, and the central heating, shower etc all very good. Toni the owner was always contactable and very helpful.

Lovely weekend away in this caravan. . The caravan was lovely and clean and it was a joy to not worry about towels and bedding. Other lovely little touches were arrival milk,tea, coffee and biscuits. Owner responded really quickly to any questions. Would definitely use this owner again.

We had a lovely stay at Rockley Park. Toni made booking the caravan very easy, was on hand if we needed help with anything and even left a welcome pack with Easter eggs for the kids! The caravan was very good quality throughout with everything you could want on your holiday. We’ve stayed in lots of vans over the years and this is probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Thanks again Toni. We will definitely be back.

Modern and spacious caravan in a quiet area of the park. Plenty of room, well equipped with everything you need, super comfy & clean beds, good shower and an excellent seating area on the decking outside. Very cosy so you can enjoy your holiday even on rainy days! Owners were great and always on hand when needed. Great communication and instruction for arrival on the holiday park. Couldn’t fault the stay in this caravan at all. Would definitely return! ????
