The caravan is a Carnaby Curlew 12 x 35 feet has 2 bedrooms, Double Glazing and full gas central heating with the hot water being provided direct from the combi boiler. In the lounge area, there is ample seating for the family and a feature log effect living flame electric fire. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview.

The shower room/toilet has Jack and Jill feature offering en-suite effect on main bedroom with another door leading to hallway.

Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots etc. together with kettle, toaster, fridge with 3 star freezer box and microwave and full size gas cooker and oven. There is also USB charging facility.

Having 2 bedrooms allows for more spacious living areas however the caravan has been well designed with the main double bedroom having space either side of the bed and a fitted wardrobe with dressing table and mirror. The bedroom easily has enough room for a travel cot. We quote capacity of 4 but this of course, is not counting infants.

We do not promote the use of lounge seating as beds. 2 double and 2 single duvets with pillows are provided but no towels or bed linen, please bring your own.

No Sub-letting.

Caravan faces South-South East which means the large side decking benefits from the sun for most of the day.

There is some storage under the bench seat situated on the decking, and there is a cushion for this seating stored in the caravan.

Arrival would be from 4pm on the day of arrival and departure no later than 10am unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. This doesn't stop you from arriving earlier to use the site facilities such as play area café, bar etc.

We require a £100 deposit for your reservation and full payment 4 weeks prior to the beginning of your stay. The deposit is in addition to the holiday fee and it will be returned to you promptly provided the caravan is left in an acceptable condition, in event of cancellation then the deposit will be non-refundable.

Please note we do not supply bed linen or towels.
