Brand new Swift Bordeaux Exclusive holiday home, which is a double glazed and central heated caravan.

We have based our prices on location and the quality of the caravan and the high standard quality you will receive in this holiday home. Hygiene is a high standard along with presentation also equally important. We mostly clean ourselves and maintain the van to a high standard as its our holiday home.

This luxury holiday home is three bedrooms family owned and has everything you will need for a memorable holiday. Bookings are direct through the owner and you will not find it available to book with any other agencies.(Third Parties). You will find it is immaculate and will not be disappointed as it is cleaned and maintained privately and will be checked before handing over.

All Bedding Supplied and fresh linen will be on beds before guests arrive. We do supply hand towels, tea towels, hand-soap, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and vinegar.

We have rattan garden furniture on patio, bench and chairs on side decking and two chairs on front veranda so you can relax in the sunshine. We have a BBQ guests are allowed to use.

The kitchen has a washer/dryer.

All three bedrooms have TVs with Build in TVD players.

It is an open planned and very spacious for large families as well as couples wanting space and a modern caravan with with free standing furniture.

The caravan is situated on a premier pitch which is part of the golf village which allows your own private parking bay directly outside van. The pitch is situated on Birkdale in front of the children's play park with only 15 caravans which is on a cul-de-sac and is very safe for children and is not near any busy roads. The caravan is on the side that back's onto Lytham and does not have any noise from passing cars, or near a busy footpath. This pitch has plenty of space on side and back and you can sit on front veranda and watch your children play on the circle. You will not get anyone walking through as it has fencing directly behind making it very private so you can relax in a peaceful location.

Hopton Holiday Village, just 5 minutes from all amenities and the entertainment complex is a 5 minute walk and another 2 minutes walk to the lovely beach. The beach has several entrances from the park and one is a slope and the other is steps.

In the kitchen there is plenty of storage space, fitted wall and base units, a gas cooker and fridge freezer.

Off the hallway you will find the family shower room, 2 twin bedrooms, one master bedroom with en-suite which is a toilet and wash basin.

Both twin bedrooms are furnished with single fitted wardrobes, additional cupboards and shelves above the beds and vanity shelves with mirrors. The master bedroom has a large double fitted wardrobe with bed cupboards and shelves, 2 good size bedside cabinets and a large vanity area with mirror.

A £100.00 deposit secures any break and you will need to pay balance 6 weeks before your arrival date with an additional damage deposit of £100.00 which is returnable within 7 days after departure date.

The price of the breaks DOES NOT INCLUDE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES they are purchase direct from Haven Reception either in advance or when you arrive.
