The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
Living area 2 sofas , dining table with seating for 4, TV & electric fire.
Kitchen area is well equipped with a full-size gas (lpg) cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster ,air fryer and fridge freezer.
Two bedrooms of which the master has a double bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has two single beds.
Separate fully fitted shower and toilet.
Bedding and towels are provided.
Note - If you are wanting to go swimming please bring your own towels.
Two well behaved pets are welcome (free of charge). We do provide bowls for their food and water.
Wrap around decking with lockable gate.
Rattan furniture.

The booking is for the caravan only and does not include Park Dean entertainment passes, passes can be obtained at the park's reception at extra cost subject to availability (not pre bookable).
Passes are needed for the swimming pool (time limited) and adults to play bingo.
Current 2023 pass prices adult £11.45 child £6.45

If booking mid October to mid March, facilities on site are closed.

Only the person's named on the booking are permitted to stay at the property.

Bookings are plus a £75 returnable security bond. returned within 7 days of departure as long as property is left clean and with no damage
