Thank you Simon for your wonderful holiday accommodation. The ease of booking and the friendly and helpful correspondence before the holiday was excellent. The caravan was spotless and so well equipped, with bedding provided and beds made up, numerous towels and tea towel. There was also loo roll, soap and washing up liquid. The list goes on, with two outside seating areas, air fryer, books, games console and a very comfortable bed. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and and very informative welcome booklet with useful numbers and take away contacts. The whole experience of booking with Simon was fantastic and my wife and I would certainly recommend booking with Simon if you want first class holiday accommodation. Thanks again Simon.

Thank you very much Simon, for a great stay, in your superb well equipped caravan, situated in a lovely quieter area of Kiln Park, the caravan was very neat and clean with the additional bonus of WiFi, which the kids liked, the caravan was supplied with towels and bedding, which was a godsend, and the welcome package, was a very nice surprise, didn’t expect that. We have been holidaying in different caravans around Kiln Park for the last 6 years, have to say, it is the best caravan that we have stayed in, would highly recommend it to anyone who wants the best equipped caravan on the park, will definitely be coming back in the future. We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous caravan. We've been holidaying on kiln parks caravan site privately for a fair few years and I must say this caravan has come up tops! The caravan is equipped with all the much needed essentials plus the added benefit of, handwash, washing up liquid, toilet paper, toilet bleach, tin foil, clingfilm , tea towel, dish cloth and scrubber to name a few! On top of that you've got toys, books, games and beach toys. We were delighted with the fact Simon provides the service of hiring towels and having the beds made up prior to your arrival. This made the start of our holiday lovely and stress free.. nothing worse than turning up late in the afternoon, unpacking the car and having to rush to make the beds before heading out to the entertainment complex. The added bonus of being supplied with a bed guard free of charge was amazing too. Saved so much space in the car! The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet area of the park. Close to the shop, reception area, entrance to the beach and not far from the main complex itself...Perfect! We found Simon was very attentive and was quick to answer any worries or queries we had and we were blown away by his hospitality. The treats upon arrival left by Simon were a lovely surprise and made us feel appreciated. We'd definitely hire this caravan again in the future and urge anyone looking to hire a caravan at kiln park to book this one. Especially if you're looking for a stress free break! Myself and 10 year old twins had an excellent time in this lovely clean and comfortable caravan. All the facilities were great; especially the selection of books/toys/games which were extremely useful on one of the days when it rained all day! Communication with Simon was brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble - he always replied to any queries/questions promptly. We will certainly be booking again in the future!

My husband and I have just returned from a short break here. It should have included our 11yr old grandson, but at last minute he was unable to join us. So all our plans with places to visit were .scuppered. What was supposed to be a hectic few days turned out to be very sedate. We spent the majority of the time just relaxing in the caravan. Bliss! We have had many caravan holidays with varying experiences! Sometimes when you book a caravan , you arrive with fingers crossed, not this time! From the very first contact with Simon we just knew all would meet our expectations. Efficiency, thoughtfulness and his whole demeanour told you, this is going to be fine! We arrived to a spotlessly clean, fresh caravan with welshcakes and a bottle of wine waiting for us! The little touches, such as the decorations, throws, books, toys, WiFi... I could go on, but I won't bore you. Marvelous! Should we have had a problem, which we didn't, you only had to contact Simon, who would happily put it right, I'm sure. The caravan itself is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including cleaning products, cloth, hand soap, some toiletries etc. The nautical theme throughout was very peaceful and tranquil. To sum up, this was by far the best caravan experience we have ever had!! It's a tonic to have someone who actually cares and with very good customer relation skills. All we say is a big thank you Simon and fingers crossed you have a vacancy in August for us when we can return with our grandson this time! A whopping big THANK YOU!!

We’ve just returned from a week in Tenby and this caravan made our holiday, in the words of our 4 year old it’s ‘the best ever!’. Simon and Sarah have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible including all the little extras you wouldn’t think of…kids coat hangers, the baby pack, cleaning stuff, toys, books etc to name a few. The enclosed decking is very toddler friendly, beds comfy, great shower and well equipped kitchen, the air fryer was a welcome surprise! Situated in a lovely quiet area in the park but central to everything still. Simon went above and beyond when we had a slight issue and came down straight away to resolve it for us, and we were greatful as he recommended a beach which turned out to be our favourite! He also helped us out with a fan for our toddler as we unexpectedly arrived in a heatwave and she was struggling in the heat. Honestly can’t fault it at all, you won’t be disappointed!

Your comments and appreciation are so kind and it motivates me to do more. The caravans have been set up purely for holidaymakers and as a parent, grandparent I try and think about what would make my guests stays as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. I think about the many family holidays I've taken in caravans and what would have been helpful and useful, and I'm always open to feedback if I can add something. Also I really want the guests to have a fantastic holiday and I of course want them to return and recommend, neither of which they'll do if I let them down. I'm really pleased you found the beach I recommended, it's just brilliant for families, paddle boarding and has very easy car parking. JUST.. THE… BEST! Thank you Simon for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan, we cannot fault a single thing! It was super clean, very modern, had everything you need within it and the bed was so comfy! . Thank you again for the very kind gesture of bedding and the toddler bed guard, it was much appreciated and saved us so much space in the car. The caravan is set in the perfect location, really peaceful and relaxing, yet just a stones throw from the beach, shop and entertainment complex. We made the best memories here and we can’t wait to book again ??

It was a pleasure to have you as my guests and I'm enormously grateful for this review. I'm glad the bed was comfortable, so important, in fact we just added a nice new mattress topper. The bed guard is a small part of an extensive range of free baby equipment that we can provide and if you need all or some of it in the future just let me know. Bedding is now provided in both caravans as part of the overall price and it saves space in the car as you said but also a lot of hassle upon arrival. Just got back from an amazing weekend at Simon and Sarah's holiday home .we made some brilliant memories in the caravan witch is beautiful and spotless and situated in a lovey quiet spot in the park with beach, club house and shop all within walking distance .would definitely book this caravan again,and would highly recommend it to anyone. We have stayed in few caravans in kilm park and this one was excellent ,with all the comforts to make a holiday special and relaxing. Arrived with a beds made and towels provided and just a little extra cost not worth the effort to take your own. Welshcake and a bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Provided was tea towel and dish cloth. There is nothing I can fault it is in a quiet area of the park but near to all the facilities. Would definitely recommend (already have and they booked). Excellent value for the money

I agree completely with you about the location, close to everything but so peaceful and in my view very soulful. Just for future reference I will be including the cost of bedding in the stated price ( in both caravans ) and at peak periods I will generally include 6 hand towels and 6 large towels. We had the best time away at this Caravan. Everything was amazing from the booking, to the communication and the standard of the caravan. It really shows that Sarah and Simon go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic holiday! The Caravan is situated in a perfect quiet location with very little traffic but is only a short walk from the shop, Clubhouse and beach. The Caravan was presented beautifully, is spotlessly clean and the decor is stunning. There are 2 large decking areas with lovely comfortable furniture on the side and front of the van, where the sun hits perfectly! The caravan is fully equipped with everything you need from books, a PlayStation, games, DVDs, all the kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, and so much more, they even have Wi-Fi and an air fryer which is very useful indeed! We will definitely return as we had such a lovely time. I would recommend this caravan to anyone looking to book a break at Kiln Park. Thank you Sarah and Simon

This static caravan was amazing. Really well equipped, spotless, with some nice touches - books, dvds, playstation plus games etc. The decking with seats and table was a nice addition as was the parking space next to the accommodation. The owner, Simon was also very easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to book this static again, highly recommended.

When we first stumbled upon this caravan on UK Caravans, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Simon is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and upon arrival checking into Kiln park, finding the van and getting in was seamless. The Caravan is just perfect! Kitchen & family room / living area is stunning, spacious and contains everything our family needed for our break. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was a great size and extra toilet room works really well for the family stay. The decking on side and front terrace are excellent, especially to sit and relax in the quiet location. Talking about the location, it is incredible! Quiet cul-de-sac with very minimal/ zero car traffic, and in close walking distance to the kiln park shop, clubhouse and other amenities. It's also perfect to walk into Tenby which we enjoyed. Simon had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks you! We had a wonderful weekend! We will be back! The most perfect little break away in the most stunning caravan. No negatives, only positives from our stay. Amazing location within kiln park, lovely and quiet during the day/evening and within a 5 minute walking distance to everything you need. Can not recommend this caravan enough. We’re a young couple with a 10 month old baby and the owners where amazing with offering baby essentials at no cost. The caravan was spotless.. To top the weekend off the owners were brilliant pre arrival and post departure. Very kind and extremely helpful. Could not ask for anything more from our stay. We can not wait to come back for many more holidays.

I am bowled over by this review, so very kind. We do try and put a lot of thought into both of our caravans and importantly they are only set up for guests, as owners we don't use them. I'm always looking for ways to improve and will continue to do so. Thanks for acknowledging the cleanliness because I truly believe this is a crucial factor. Fully recommend this caravan and site, the owners was very helpful with anything we needed. A Beautiful caravan that was fully equipped with everything including hairdryer, kitchen utensils and cutlery, games, books and games console etc We were also left a lovely welcome pack for the family which we all enjoyed. Even though the weather wasn't great there was plenty to do and really enjoyed ourselves and have already booked our return.

Absolutely loved our stay at st Catherine’s perfect hide away especially if you have children lovely cudesac fir our grandchildren to play in safely . The caravan has everything you need so homely and comfy very clean and nothing is too much trouble for the owners any questions or queries always happy to help you with . What a lovely week staying at Sea Breeze, a real home from home with lots of little extras like books, family games, dvds and a very well equipped kitchen. Easy to book with lovely owners, answered any questions we had promptly and also left us a bottle of wine. The site is lovely and the caravan is located perfectly, just a five minute walk (maximum) to the entertainment and food places, but better still just under a ten minute stroll to the beach which was just beautiful. All in all a welcoming clean luxury caravan, we'll definitely be back!!

It was great to actually meet you on the last day. Your positivity throughout the communication process was nothing less than infectious. You left the caravan so clean and neat which was very much appreciated. Lovely clean tidy caravan , very well equipped, excellent site location away from noise and easy access to beach, basically I cannot fault anything and really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary bottle of wine and welcome note were also appreciated.

Me and family had an excellent stay here this weekend. The baby pack was so handy with our two little ones and we were so grateful not to carry a travel cot, bed guard or highchair with us. The caravan is stunning, and can't wait to come back and make use of the Decking when the weather is nice. Lovely location on the park, excellent facilities our children loved the beach toys and games! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay here, a beautiful caravan that was fully equipped with everything we needed including hairdryer, kitchen utensils and cutlery, games, books etc. Sarah was easily contactable and we were also left a lovely welcome pack of chocolates, Welsh cakes and some cleaning equipment alongside shampoo, conditioner and soap. Even though the weather wasn't great there was plenty to do and we quite enjoyed sitting in the caravan and watching/listening to the stormy weather outside in the comfort of the cozy van!
