Here you'll find our beautiful new 3 bedroom, family caravan, set up so it feels like home from home.
Living room comprises of a big screen TV with a electric fire to keep you toasty on the coldest of days. Board games to keep the little ones entertained if you fancy a few hours indoors. The sofa also turns into a double bed.
In the kitchen we have a larger than usual fridge freezer for those of bigger groups, gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all other necessities.
Backing onto the kitchen you have the main bathroom with a lovely powerful shower. (You'll need to supply your own towels.)
We then have have 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, small bedside table and small wardrobe in each room. The master bedroom with ensuite, double bed, small dresser and decent size wardrobe. Travel cot is situated under the bed in the master bedroom. Quilts with protectors are provided but You'll need to supply your own bedding. Mattresses ,quilts and pillows are all covered with waterproof mattress protection incase of any accidents.
Necessities such as iron, ironing board, clothes horse all available. 1 parking space is allocated right outside the caravan but there is a large carpark roughly 5minutes walk away for extra cars.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED IN THE CARAVAN, WHETHER IT BE OUT A WINDOW OR DOOR,ANYONE CAUGHT DOING SO WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
We have a no pet policy, if there is any evidence that there has been a pet in the caravan there will be no refund given and an extra cleaning charge shall occur.
Payments and cancellation
All payments are to be made via bank transfer.
All bookings are taken with a £50 booking fee,this is non refundable. Your confirmation email will provide details of when your balance is due. Should full payment had not been received within 6weeks of your holiday start date, these dates will then be readvertised and your holiday cancelled with no refund given.
The balance of all breaks will be payable 6 weeks before your start date. Should you book a break less than 6 weeks before your start date then payment is due in full on time of booking. All holidays also include a £10 non refundable £10 butlins admin fee.
The £50 deposit and administration fee are non refundable.
Refunds : longer than 6 weeks 100% refund minus £50 booking fee and £10 admin fee.
Less than 6 weeks NO REFUND shall be given.
PLEAS NOTE ANY BOOKING CHANGES WILL INCUR A £35 BUTLINS ADMIN CHARGE.
May we advise you to take out private travel insurance incase of circumstances out of your control. I do not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items within the caravan. Please keep the caravan locked at all times during the night and when unoccupied.
Damage deposit: the lead hirer in responsible for all members of the group. A damage deposit is required with every booking to the sum of £100. Should any damage occur the deposit will not be refunded. If damage is in excess of the deposit, police will be contacted crime number shall be obtained from,hirer shall then be invoiced and these charges will need to be paid within 14days, if these charges aren't fulfilled costs will be sought through small claims court.
In cases of key loss, sickness,staining on any walls/furniture, the cost or repair/cleaning will be billed to the hirer.
A full inventory of all the caravans contents are logged between each client,should anything come up missing ,the cost to replace such items shall be taken out of the deposit.
Should you come across any damages on your stay you should notify myself at butlins8berthcaravanhire@yahoo.com immediately, if failed to do so you will be held responsible for damages and deposit not reimbursed.
Deposit will be reimbursed within 7days along as the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, all rubbish in the red bin opposite caravan,no dishes left in the sink etc.
