Terms and Conditions of booking
Cancellation/Refund policy
We run the same refund timescale / amount of refund as haven, if you must cancel for any reason, we will do our best to help get you a refund (minus deposit) by advertising your cancelled date, below is a table of what you will receive at time of cancellation.
56 days or more Full refund minus your deposit.
55-43 days 70% refund, minus your deposit.
42-29 days 50% refund, minus your deposit
28-8 days 10% refund, minus your deposit
7 days or less No refund
Play Passes
Play passes are not included in the hire price, these will need to be purchased from Kiln Park directly.
Bed Linen
We supply duvets and pillows for all the beds at the caravan, Bed linen & Towels are available to hire should you not wish to bring your own. Towels can also be hired at an extra cost if preferred.
Heating/Boiler
On your arrival the boiler will need to be switched on at the boiler directly to allow the use of heating and hot water especially in the colder months. Instructions on how to use the boiler will be sent closer to the time. On departure the boiler and central heating must be turned off, failure to comply with this could result in bond being held to cover any additional heating costs.
Respect/Security bond
There is a £100 respect/security bond payable, this will be paid back within 2 working days of departure providing the following conditions have been met:
a) The caravan has been left as it was found
b) All rubbish disposed of in the big red Biffa bins.
c) All pots, pans and cutlery has been washed and put away and dishwasher emptied
d) The pitch has been left litter free, including cigarette ends.
e) All terms and conditions have been followed.
F) Heating/Boiler is turned off on departure

H) No caravan items are to be taken

We remind you that this caravan is strictly non-smoking or vaping and any evidence of this will result in you being asked to leave the caravan and fore-go any payments you have made. Please adhere to the rules and smoke outside as a fee of £50 will be required for a deep clean if any evidence of smoking inside the caravan is found.
Pets
We remind you that this caravan strictly a non pet caravan and any evidence of any pets found staying, will result in you may being asked to leave the caravan and fore-go any payments you have made. Please adhere to the rules as a fee of £50 will be required for a deep clean if any evidence of any pets found to be staying inside the caravan.
We ask that the caravan be left as you found it on arrival, clean and tidy.
All cleaning products, materials, hoover is provided. There is no need to strip the beds as this will be done by the inspection/change over team after you have vacated. Beds need to be stripped if you have brought your own bed linen. Mattress protectors are to remain on the beds as they are owned by us. Any unreasonable mess/damages/heavy stains/spillages will result in a fee of £50 being enforced or bond being held.
Please ensure fridges/freezers are emptied of contents and any rubbish removed and disposed in the correct manner.
Any serious damages/ breakages / spillages must be reported immediately, and either replaced or paid for. You will be invoiced for any damages, and this must be paid within 2 days of receipt.
Any missing items after your departure from the caravan will be invoiced and security bond will be held.
A list of items will be sent on your arrival to make sure they are to be kept in the caravan.
BBQ’s must be used on the patio area only and not on the decking.
Any rattan furniture covers must be brought in every night with any parasols.
Please ensure iron, ironing board and hoover is placed back in the cupboard in the kitchen.
Hair dryer is to be put back in the cupboard in the main bedroom.
Cot bed to be folded back up and placed under bed in main bedroom along with highchair and chair booster.
Wi-Fi code given out on arrival day and is available free of charge
The maximum number of persons to stay in the caravan is 8. If we are notified more than 8 persons are staying in the caravan, you will be asked to vacate and fore-go any payments made to us.
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to SUB LET this caravan to a third party yourselves. If any change to this booking is require, then contact us directly to do so.
Anyone found to be committing any illegal activity will be escorted from the park by security and you will fore-go any payments made. Anyone found doing this we will have the right to keep any bond and additional charges may be chargeable to you.
We cannot accept Liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or your party, unless one of the following applies; (i) there was wilful default by us or, (ii) loss or injury was caused by the negligence of us. Please inform us and the Park’s Duty Manager of any shortcomings or complaints immediately for us to take adequate action. Any claims for compensation could be reduced or rejected if we have not been given the opportunity to remedy any issues or situations.
In these terms & conditions ’you’, ’your’ and ‘your party’, refers to the person who makes the booking and those persons named on the booking form; ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’, refers to the owner of the caravan available for accommodation.
Under no circumstances must electric cars be charged by the caravan’s electricity supply, should this be the case your deposit will be lost.
Keys
If any keys are lost during your stay or not returned into the key safe the owner has the right to invoice you directly for a key replacement fee of £20 for each key lost. This payment must be made within 2 working days or will be taken from any security bond held if not paid within the required time frame.
ACCESS TO THE CARAVAN: KEYS TO THE CARAVAN ARE OBTAINED FROM THE KEY SAFE.
THE NUMBER WILL BE GIVEN ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL, THIS NUMBER MUST NOT BE SHARED WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE OF YOUR STAYING GUESTS.
PLEASE ENSURE KEYS ARE RETURNED ON DEPARTURE AND PLACED BACK IN THE KEY SAFE
