We welcome you to our beautiful 3 bedroom ABI Oakley 8 berth caravan, situated on the quiet cul-de-sac on Gull Court at Haven Greenacres Holiday Park.
Our caravan comprises of:

Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, integrated microwave, gas hob and oven, and a full size integrated fridge freezer.
Spacious lounge area that seats 8 people and a dining table with two stools.
43" Smart TV in the lounge with Netflix and Prime Video.
Xbox Games Console with a selections of games and DVD films.
Master bedroom with 22" TV and en-suite toilet and sink.
Main bathroom with toilet, sink and spacious shower cubicle.
2x twin bedrooms (single beds came be made into double beds).
Fold out double bed in the lounge.
Fully double glazed windows.
The caravan also comes with a 4G WiFi Router free to use during your stay. Password given upon request.
Outside there is a full wrap around decking with rattan seating and table for up to 8 people.
Parking for 2 to 3 cars to the side of the caravan.
With access to the fantastic Black Rock Sands beach only a short walk away.
It is also only a short walk to the main complex and facilities, which have recently just had a £5m refit!
Comprising of the brand new for 2021, Main Stage Marina bar, Mash and Barrel restaurant, indoor swimming pool with separate toddlers pool, outdoor splash zone, arcades, soft play area, adventure golf and a well stocked Co-Op shop, Pappa Johns Pizza and a Fish and Chip shop.
There is also a laundrette, bike hire, kart hire and football area, so plenty of activities for young and old alike!
3 minutes drive situated in Morfa Bychan, just outside the complex is Porthmadog`s 18 hole golf course, for that budding Tiger Woods or Lydia Ko!
The surrounding area has breath-taking views and there are plenty of walk ways to enjoy.
The picturesque village of Portmeirion is also only a short drive to get to. Portmeirion has served as the location for numerous films and television shows, most famously as "The Village" in the 1960s television show The Prisoner.

You will need to bring your own towels and bedding - duvets and pillows are provided.
A £50 safety deposit is required upon booking and this is refunded after a security check has been completed and no damage or missing items have been reported.
Haven entertainment passes are not included in the rental price of your stay, but can be purchased from Greenacres reception on arrival if you wish to use the facilities Haven has to offer.

You will be able to purchase Play Passes as a private letting guests by visiting: haven.com/play-pass.
Once you have purchased Play Passes, bookings can be made at haven.com/experience. You can book activities and restaurant tables 12 weeks before you arrive. Swimming sessions are available to book 4 weeks before arrival.
If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. No refund will be given if you no longer require the Play Passes.
Once you've purchased your Play Passes, you will be sent a purchase receipt that you'll need to keep safe so you can collect your Play Passes on arrival.
Play Passes are subject to availability and are non-refundable.
*Child pass is applicable from 4-15 years old; children under 4 do not require a pass.
