This stunning luxury ABI Ambleside Premier mini lodge holiday home is 40ft long and 14ft wide giving you plenty of space for all of the family. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area offers home from home style living with condensing boiler gas central heating and electric fire. The home is cleaned and sanitised between each visit. There is an Biozone air purification system installed.
The Ambleside is the perfect place to entertain, relax and unwind, with grand proportions throughout, with subtle taupe and teal furnishings and wood finishes. The large, luxurious, carpeted living room area offers two freestanding comfortable sofas, with contrasting cushions and decor which are like sitting on your sofa at home. Heavy drapes and sheer voiles cover the double- glazed windows and patio doors. There are double patio doors opening onto a large, decked area. For cosy evenings there is a convenient electric flame effect fire. There is a built in DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity in the ceiling.
The large, raised, decked area has comfy rattan furniture with cushions for you to relax on. BBQ at rear.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you would expect as well as a full-sized dishwasher, full-sized gas cooker with extractor, tall integrated fridge freezer and plenty of storage in various cupboards and drawer space. Free standing luxury dining table and chairs perfect for home cooked or take out foods.
The master bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with mattress and pillow protectors provided. Wall mounted TV. There is a large wardrobe and drawers for storing all of your clothes and a dressing table and stool for your convenience. overhead storage, bedside cabinets and lamps are also provided. There are USB charging points.
Bedroom two has two full size single beds, overhead storage with bedside lamps, spacious wardrobe and wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3 offers two slightly smaller single beds, wardrobe and overhead storage and bedside lamps.
There is a luxurious spacious shower with wash hand basin and WC and a further WC with wash hand basin. Pillows and quilts are provided. Please bring your own bedding, towels and tea towels.
Our stunning home is situated on the exclusive area of the park, where you can walk through the nature reserve area and through the sand dunes to Black Rock Sands Beach. Porthmadog is an outstanding area of natural beauty. You can enjoy sand and sea and mountain views. Porthmadog is a great place to use as a base to explore all the delights that Wales has to offer.
Greenacres Caravan Park entertainment complex is approx 3 minutes walk from the holiday home and offers food, entertainment, sports activities and swimming. You can eat in the Mash and Barrel Restaurant, buy supplies from the fully stocked shop, purchase fast food from the Pappa John's Pizza bar, Fish and Chip Shop and Millie's cookies. Passes can be purchased directly from Haven for activities and entertainment within the site.

This static holiday home is the largest being 40ft x 14ft, it is a luxurious platinum plus model, which is the highest standard grade there is, it has been furnished and equipped to a superior standard, it’s exceptionally spacious.

Very spacious, beautiful country feel to it , cupboards and counter space both sides, it’s very well equipped with modern appliances including integrated full size dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. Free standing dining table and chairs.
MASTER BEDROOM (own kingsize sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases req) we supply the pillows, quilts and mattress protectors.
Has a boutique feel about it,very plush, Kingsize bed, bedside lamps mattresses are all of a superior quality,
Dressing table, plenty of storage space, double wardrobe., I supply a table top ironing board and iron(which you will find in the wardrobe).
TWIN BEDROOMS (own single sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases req) we supply the pillows, quilts and mattress protectors.
One being slightly larger than the other , both offering larger single beds , Superior matesses in both twin rooms.
We supply mattress protectors on all mattresses , W supply Duvets and pillows as standard, please remember to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea-towels
Toilet and wash basin next to one of the twin bedrooms, fully heated.

A £100 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
THE BALANCE OF YOUR HOLIDAY MUST BE PAID 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY COMMENCES.
PAYMENT METHOD: DIRECT BANK TRANSFER PREFERRED
YOUR £100 DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD AS A SECURITY BOND, AND FULLY REFUNDED AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE, ONCE THE HOLIDAY HOME HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR DAMAGES, BREAKAGES OR HEAVY SOILING DURING YOUR STAY, WE WILL TAKE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND THIS WILL REFLECT IN DEDUCTION OR LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY BOND.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 people (we do not allow the sofa to be used as a bed)
