Description

2023 bookings being taken. £50 deposit secures your booking payable at time of booking with balance to be paid 6 weeks before agreed holiday date. This deposit is the cleaning/security deposit also and will be refunded to you 5 days from departure of your holiday if the caravan is left in an undamaged and clean and tidy state. No refund if holiday cancelled.

We offer monday-friday, friday-monday and saturday-saturday bookings.
Check in time 4pm check out 10am.

On arrival if you wish to use the site facilities you are required to purchase wristbands direct with reception. This is a site rule not enforced by caravan owners so is paid directly to lyons.

Our caravan is a 4/6 birth 2 bed caravan..master bedroom is a double bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with sofa in living area being a sofa bed for two people.
Duvet and pillows are provided but you must provide your own linen.
Please also bring your own towels and tea towels as these are not supplied.
1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and one additional toilet.
Living area has electric fire, 2x 3 seater sofas( 1 of which is sofa bed), TV and DVD player.
Kitchen has gas hob, gas grill/oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and separate work top freezer and all pots/pans/ cutlery provided.


There are a range of books, DVD's and a few games you are welcome to use whilst staying at the caravan but please ensure these are returned prior to your departure for the next guests to use.

I have stayed in a lot of caravans over the years and I have to say this is ???? my favourite one . It is an absolutely beautiful caravan. Beautifully clean and everything you need . I liked it that much I’ve booked up again before I even got home . So be back in July x

This caravan, was well cared for, had a lot of utensils for eating and cooking with. It has a new electric fire in the living room, a decent counter top 4 ringed hob. Bathroom facilities were very good, consisting of a shower room, with toilet and wash basin, and one room with just a toilet and wash basin. The large bedroom, had ample space between the bed and the caravan inside, unlike many caravans, which have virtually no room at all. Overall this is a lovely caravan, and we have booked it again in June. The owner was extremely helpful, answering the couple of enquiries I had. The only downside was the inclement weather, which the caravan owner had no control over.

We had a lovely 5 day stay at this caravan. We found it more spacious than others we have stayed in. It was clean, well kept, there was nothing we were short of. The owner was very helpful in both answering questions and offering information before our stay.
