Double glazing and central heating throughout, with 2 bathrooms 1 with a shower unit, the home has an open-plan layout which is great for families and couples. The home is pet & smoke free and is mainly used by us throughout the year. We have private parking for 2 cars and free Wi-Fi whilst in and around the home, there is also - on site Wi-Fi.
Carpets are fitted throughout the lounge and bedrooms and vinyl flooring is in the kitchen, and bathroom and shower.
The Kitchen has everything you would expect for food preparation and cooking. This includes a four ring gas hob, oven and grill with extractor fan, a microwave oven / grill, fridge freezer, kettle, and toaster. There is also a full complement of pans, frying pans and utensils, along with plates, glasses (including wine glasses) and mugs/cups etc there is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and hoover.
The lounge area is open plan with a three & two seater corner sofa with scatter cushions and covers. The dining area has a free standing table with corner sofa and 2 padded stools. There is a contemporary electric fire and a 43" Smart TV already for you to sign into your Netflix / Amazon accounts and all other mainstream TV apps complete with a separate DVD player with a large collection of DVDs for all ages. There is also a selection of books and board games.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins, sleeping up to 6 people. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and bedside cabinet, with centrally heated radiators. There is also a Freeview LCD TV / DVD and USB plug socket in each of the bedrooms. Full bedding supplied and beds will be made up for your arrival. We can also provide pushchair, travel cot and bed guard please ask when booking.
For the safety of all our guests, the caravan has a fully fitted smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as numerous fire escapes through windows.
Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship five star caravan holiday park, offering something for everyone. The park has direct access to the beautiful award winning Filey beach and there are many activities for all ages including 3 swimming pools (one outdoor and two indoor), assault course, boating and fishing around the lake, children’s entertainment. fun fair, playgrounds, amusements, nature activities, soft play areas, foot golf, archery, Segway's and much, much more.
There are numerous restaurants including the Lake house Bistro, Papa John's Pizza, Burger King, Mash & Barrel Pub, Cooks Fish & Chips, and Millie’s cookies, Children Live Lounge and Adults Show Bar. There is an onsite grocery shop and launderette.
Around Primrose Valley there is beautiful countryside to explore and the towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley, and historical York. Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family. Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be caught near the Haven reception. Also there is a Park & Ride for both Bridlington Scarborough.
