Our beautiful family owned luxury Pemberton Riverndale Lodge 44’ x 20’ (880 square feet) situated in a quiet area overlooking a pond at Southview Leisure Park, Skegness.
The accommodations comprises :
Kitchen area - with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs.
Lounge area - with two settees and patio doors opening on to the spacious decking area. Wall mounted TV.
Utility room - with washing machine and sink unit.
Sun Room - with two seater sofa and patio doors opening on to the outside deck area.
Bedroom 1 - kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and ample storage space and wall mounted TV.
Ensuite - large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 - twin room (we can adapt this bed to make it a double if required) with dressing table and wardrobes.
Bathroom - with bath and shower attachment.
The lodge has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed.
Large wrap around decking area and a smaller decking area leading from the master bedroom.
Parking for 2 vehicles.
This residential specification lodge is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is one of the largest lodge on the site.
For your added peace of mind, the lodge will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Please note that we DO NOT use the Park's cleaning team therefore you can be assured that your holiday home will be cleaned to a high standard.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Entertainment passes are required if you wish to use the Park's facilities i.e. indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi and evening entertainment in the Showbar. They are not included in the price but can be purchased at reception on arrival.
Restrictions will apply on bookings from groups not related i.e. all-male or all-female parties of 3+ people, if not immediate family or couples -please contact us prior to booking as an additional security bond may be required.
The lead guest who books, must be 25 years or over at the time of booking.
Park facilities and entertainment operate seasonally and are subject to availability.
No contractors, commercial or sign written vehicles, including transit vans and trailers, are permitted at this park.
Each adult and child (under 18 months) will count as an individual person, allocated to a berth and in total must not exceed the total number of berths (4) - children under the age of 18 months can stay and will not count as an individual.
WIFI can be intermittant.
Southview is a large family friendly holiday park with many facilities to enjoy including a restaurant, showbar, indoor swimming pool, fish and chip shop, pizza shack and ice cream kiosk, crazy golf, gym, crazy golf and a convenience shop. There is also a restaurant and bar at the Hotel situated on site.
There is a main well stocked fishing lake but please ensure you have a current Rod licence. This will need to be shown if requested.
There is also a new activity site with high ropes and Bear Grylls Survival Academy. A regular shuttle bus is available to take you into Skegness and surrounding areas.
Skegness has a lot to offer including award winning beaches, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is something for everyone to enjoy making it the perfect destination for your holiday. The lodge is about a 30 minute drive to the market towns of Horncastle and Louth which have some lovely cafes, shops and weekly markets.
