The static is accessed via a ramp, leading to a fully gated and enclosed elevated patio area, perfect for small to medium sized furry friends! Our dog bruno, loves relaxing outside while we are at the static and it's great knowing he's safe.

Description

We've decided to share our family holiday home, hoping any guests here have a chance to make the same great memories we have made with it. We love it here and know you will too!

This Alas Debonair is six berth. It has one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and pull out sofa bed. Each bedroom has it's own TV.
It has a bathroom with shower.
It is spacious, comfortable and professionally cleaned after each guest visit.
It has gas fire heating in the living room only!
The kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster.
The static is accessed via a ramp, leading to a fully gated and enclosed elevated patio area with outside lightning, perfect for small to medium sized furry friends!
Our dog Dobby, loves relaxing outside while we are at the static and it's great knowing he's safe.
(Whilst we love accomadating our furry friends, we kindly ask not to allow pets on the chairs or on the beds. Also only dogs that are aged 2+. Sorry!)
The ramp access perfect for wheel chairs but please note, the static itself is NOT converted for disabled people.
Outside parking is a fully concreted car park.
No grass or muddy areas.
You will be able to park right next to the ramp and also has space for more than one vehicle.

There is lots to do and something for everyone. The holiday park is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. The town has all amenities, all main supermarkets, beach, steam railway, lots of trail walks as well as many other activities in the local area. The nearest train station is located in Aberystwyth town centre.

Bed linen can be provided for an extra cost.

We had a lovely stay, the caravan is very clean andhas everything you need. Lovely enclosed decked area outside which kept our dog safe to come in and out of the caravan and we didnt have to worry about him. The owner Harry was lovely to deal with and sent us a helpful video showing how to find the caravan. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend to family and friends.
