A sainsbury within a couple of miles, including a petrol station.
If out of season, you can purchase tickets for swimming at Crofton holiday park.
Dawlish Town is quiant, and only q short drive away. X

A lovely modern caravan, fully equipped with the essentials as well as a dish washer which is quite a luxury for us. With a nice view of Dawlish Warren and the sea in the distance, from the sun kissed veranda, and good shielding/ privacy given by a walnut tree. We have had lovely hot weather, so the tree was a relief at certain times of the day. We cooed at a couple of cats that wandered past looking for squirrels (we are cat and dog lovers) We had a very short walk to the train station and bus stop (5- 10 minutes), which we utilised to get across Devon. Ideal for walkers and people that rely on public transport. There are about 4 convenience grocery shops nearby and plenty of kiosks and takeaways, I would definitely recommend this van.

This is a stunning caravan! I can't recommend it enough. It's very modern, with plenty of space and beautifully well kept. My favourite aspect is the very private balcony, we spent a long time out there eating, playing games or just relaxing in the shade. Bev is also a pleasure to deal with and very responsive

Very homely caravan with all the essentials supplied. Everything you need is on hand. Quiet position on the site with lovely view from lounge. Would definately visit again.
