Located on 23 acres of green countryside, on the four star River Valley Country Park, with easy access to Cornish coast, Sleepy Willow is the perfect place for relaxation. Whether you are attached by the peace and quiet, the nearby coastline of this land of legend, or the bustling fishing harbours, you will want to return time and time again for amazing 'Cornwallcation' throughout the year.

Two bedrooms: Master bedroom with a double bed and bath en suite, one bedroom with two single beds

Two bathrooms: One bath (with toilet and basin) en suit for the master bedroom, one shower bathroom, including toilet and basin

Living area: Open plan kitchen (well equipped) with dining area, a spacious living room with two patio doors which lead to the deck

Outdoor area: Fenced, wooden deck with outdoor seating area, car park for one car in front of the caravan.

Park: Laundrette and drying area on site, EV charger on main car park.
