Cedar Lake, Front Line Caravan. Marvellous lake views perfect for fishing or relaxing.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5) and 2 bathrooms. It is fully double glazed and centrally heated with the addition of a gas fire in the living room. It also features a large wrap around decking with table, chairs and sun-loungers. At the front of the caravan we have a paved area ideal for bbqs or sunbathing.

The main living area is spacious and comfortable with all brand new seating and dining for 2023. We also have plenty of DVDs and games to keep the family entertained. The galley style kitchen has everything you would need including full size fridge freezer, oven with grill and hob as well as a separate toaster.

We have 2 toilets. One with shower, wc, sink and ample storage and one with wc, sink and storage both decorated to a lovely standard.

The main bedroom has a full sized double bed, tv on wall, wardrobe with drawers inside.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with half wardrobe and small drawers.

The third bedroom has a full size single bed with half wardrobe and Ikea 4 chest of drawers.

The caravan has one parking bay with plenty more in the vicinity.

Southview has extensive facilities for all the family including swimming pool with flumes, mini-golf, a Bear Grills Adventure Course, large climbing wall, Arts & Crafts room, go karts and much more.

On site you will find a wide range of activities, including: (passes to be bought direct from reception on site)

There are many other places close to Southview, but if you don’t drive, don’t worry; there is a local bus that comes on site ( every 30 minutes). This will take you into Skegness, where the main bus station and train station are situated, as well as the main beach, shopping centres and SeaLife Centre.

For family days out there’s plenty to do - why not visit Fantasy Island Theme Park or the outdoor shopping markets.
