Owner's booking terms

A £50 deposit is taken when booking. This will be refunded after you have returned the keys & an inspection has been made to check for damages & any missing items (refund will be made within 7 days of departure date).
Full payment for booking must be made 4 weeks before arrival or in full if under 4 weeks when booking. You may pay in instalments if this is easier.

For insurance purposes we will need a copy of some ID such as a driver’s license or passport, your bank details (to return your deposit) and your full address. ID can be a screen shot & sent to email:
