Large main bedroom with king size bed, tv and ensuite shower room.

Second bedroom twin beds with its own separate shower room wc and basin.

Well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer table and 4 chairs. Door to decking area also has table and chairs.

Living area L shaped sofa 2 armchairs fireplace,TV built in dvd player.sliding doors onto decking with patio furniture.

Central heating - All bedding supplied - Please bring your own towels and tea towels;

No pets - No smoking - No vaping - No same sex groups

Caravan must be left in a good condition as on arrival. All rubbish to be cleared and placed in outside bin area. Beds to be stripped and dirty laundry put in the bin liner supplied.

£100.00 deposit required for bookings. Full payment must be received minimum 6 weeks prior to start of holiday to avoid cancellation.

Arrival time 3pm - Check out time 10am.
