The caravan is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2017 ABI Blenheim.

The Hoburne Naish park - The site is jam packed with things to do from indoor and outdoor pools to steam rooms and sauna and a gym. pool tables amusement arcades kids play areas multi function sports pitch, crazy golf ,large outdoor kids play area and a soft play for the smaller ones. The bar area is open all day serving bar food snacks and drinks . The on-site restaurant is open in the evenings along with the club house. They really cater well for the children with their kids clubs and Sammy the sea horse and a really good mix of entertainment for the adults after.

The site also has its own access gate to the beach which is within walking distance. With so much to do in the surrounding areas also it really is a perfect get away for everyone.

There are also a small onsite launderette and mini market for your convenience.

The accommodation consists of.

The master room
Equipped with a double bed, wardrobes smart TV en-suite toilet and wash basin
The 2 further bedrooms contain 2 single beds and wardrobes
Bathroom
With shower cubicle wash basin and toilet.

The kitchen - With a built in microwave, oven and hob and extractor fridge freezer and all the equipment and utensils you will need for you stay. There is also an L shaped dining area with a good sized dining table. From the kitchen diner you access full enclosed balcony to the side of the caravan containing a patio table and chairs.

The lounge - L shaped seating area complete with 34" smart TV, coffee table an electric fire with mood lighting for those cosy nights in. Double doors leading from the lounge to a fully enclosed balcony area for those lovely summer evenings.

The caravan has central heating /hot water and free use of the caravans own WIFI. There is also a cordless hoover, cleaning equipment, clothes airer ironing board and Iron for you to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Our bookings are normally on a weekly basis, usually Saturday to Saturday. with a 4pm arrival time and 10am latest departure from the caravan on your final day . Site facilities can be used for the remainder of that day if you wish. Shorter stays may also be considered. Please contact us for price and availability. We do however operate on a THREE NIGHTS MINIMUM, where a short stay supplement may apply.

The booking includes - Entertainment and amenity passes for up to 6 guests maximum. they are to be collected from the main reception on your arrival.

24 hours prior to your stay you will be given an access code to the key box to gain access to the caravan. A fully cleaned and prepared caravan on arrival with fresh linen (you will need to provide your own towels or kitchen towels however) then a full clean on departure. This is when our security bond inspection will take place.

All payments are to be completed online or by bank transfer. Strictly NO cash or cheques.

Our security bond is £125. which will be refunded on inspection 72 hours after departure. We expect the odd little accident a glass or a plate ect but damage will not be tolerated.

We gladly welcome smaller dogs (please contact us prior to booking) But they are NOT allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms at any time. Please bring your dog's bed and clean bedding, bowls and poo bags.
